LASSANA DIARRA has reportedly rejected a chance to go to Milan on loan.
The portal of the Spanish sports daily Marca claims that the Real Madrid midfielder has said no to Milan’s offer to take him on season-long loan, even though Real and Milan have already agreed on the transfer.
Lass did not play the pre-season with Real Madrid this summer by choice, but it seems that he has decided to stay with Los Blancos, rejecting the offer of English Premier League side Tottenham as well.

Milan needed a quick and low cost fix to the midfield after the injury of Mathieu Flamini, who is out for 5/6 months, and Lassana (26) sounded perfect as time could prove to be limited for him with Real Madrid. Pedro Leon (24) was an option too but he signed for Getafe, while Sami Khedira (24) is a starter for Real.
The summer transfer window deadline is approaching (at 19:00 CET) and no one seems close to Milan.

so this season will see the last grasp for Old Guards midfield line. With current team, we would struggle to retain serie A title, moreover in the CL. but i hope i was wrong.
Ambrosini, Gattuso, Seedorf and Bonera should come up really BIG this season! and lets hope that new boys: Mexes, Taiwo, Aquilani and Stephan El Sharawy could live up their expectations. Just as simple as that, while the other prominent member of the team will continue their routines; playing tremendously in every single game.

How come nobody includes Robinho in their squad? He tied Ibra and Pato on goals… He’s one of our best players!
Because with the amount of absolute SITTERS he had that pato and ibra would have finished takes him out of the equation, i also seem to recall him bein very selfish in the 2nd leg of the CL and taking the ball from someones foot in the 18 yard box and blasting it over the net. Thats why no one includes him. Am i wrong? Giancarlo correct me if i am wrong or out of line here.
To be fair, Robinho’s actually an attacking midfielder, not a striker. If he’s scoring as many goals as our star strikers then what’s the problem?? Also, in his defense, he said in an interview that he’s always been criticized as not being selfish enough with the ball. After that interview he started taking more chances. He deserves to be in the starting 11.

Update: Milan’s move to sign Diarra failed, and therefore Milan decided to move faster for Montolivo. It is also suggested that Milan are now willing to include Cassano in their offer to sign the 26-year old midfielder. Milan wont miss Cassano if the move of Balotelli to Milan is finalized.

This squad is has a lot of quality we should just utilize urby more this season. We should also give lots of opportunities for kingsley boateng, el sharaawy and ely in the easier match’s.
Let’s hope for a injury free season also. If this happens we definitely have the best team in italy and one of the best in europe.
