DAVIDE ASTORI is happy that Milan want him back but wouldn’t mind staying at Cagliari.
It is no secret that Milan are willing to bring Davide Astori back to Milanello after several years as CEO Adriano Galliani announced that he will make an offer to buy the other 50% of Astori, owned by Cagliari.
Despite Cagliari President Massimo Cellino claimed Astori would like to stay and revealed he intends to buy-out the defender, Astori claims that he feels ready to make a comeback and re-join the via Turati side.
El Shaarawy “would choose” Milan
Season Outcome and Next Season Decisions: Part 2
“Now I feel ready to play for Milan,” he told il Corriere dello Sport. “I hope that the situation regarding my contract will be resolved before the clubs has to go to the closed envelope auction.
“It is an important sign for me that Milan no longer want to extend the co-ownership. This shows that they believe in me and that I’m a player that they want to count on.
“It doesn’t matter if I return to Milan now or in five years’ time, so my dream of wearing the Milan-shirt won’t fade away. In case Milan wants to send me away on loan, I would gladly stay another year at Cagliari.”
The 24-year-old is a product of Milan’s youth academy.
We should sign him and poli than loan them out for a season. They will then return moremature and be able to replace our veterans
Just stay in Cagliari for next 2-3 seasons
get him now. Giv dem bonera. Antonini. N we r done. Thank u. Move on 2 the midfield reinforcements.
Stay there,, n be ready when nesta retire… U r the future of milan defense alongside Silva…
N dont forget to sent Bonera out…
hows he supposed to successfully take over nesta’s mantle if he is to stay there!!!its better to bring him in and let him be nesta’s understudy for this year, get him acquainted to the responsibility and fully blood him in next season simple as….there’s only so much he can learn being on loan at cagliari for this long!!…..BRING HIM BACK I SAY!!
bing him now.
I believe in you,Davide.. but i think its better to stay there for an another year. Or we can kick Bonera out, then you can come back.
Dis is d right time we nid 2 bring him back as nesta is age……he is a gud replacement 4 our vetrance give dem bonera & zambrotta or antonini & oddo.
Buy him out and Loan him!!!
Italian Super Cup.
We need him now.
Get him integrated into the squad now.
Astori in —–> Bonera out
Astori will a good backup. At least,he is better than Bonera
It better he comes now, bcos his also gud in rb, bonera should go
get him, and let him play in Italian cup. that way, he’ll get experience, and be ready to take over when nesta retires. + he’ll be taught by the best defenders in serie a
Bring david astori on loan
Mexes just already come n u think astori will get enough playing time??? Nooo!!!
Bonera out!! astori its that simple
*astori in its that simple* is what I ment
Mexes?!?!?!?! WTF!!!!!! Mexes isn’t the same mexes of 05,06, &07, mexes has gone down, he’s below that level now. Astori should come back, understudy nesta closely and on a 1 on 1 basis, then he should fight mexes & yepes for the right 2 pair with t.silva when nesta is not available, 24 is not too young. Abate @ 23 &1/2 – 24yrs had to fight for the right back spot against the likes of oddo, zambrotta, bonera, sokratis & montelongo even with rumours of milan’s intrest in sergio Ramos, it still didn’t shake him
ohhh please! zambro plays better as a LB, oddo was out injured, bonera is bonera, sokratis is now gone because he flopped, and montelongo was a LB as well, abate had no problems securing the RB spot, and ramos was never going to leave madrid plus those reports emerged as abate was starting to excel as a RB, so we never needed him
and mexes is still a great CB, you dont know what your talking about
Its time to bring Astori back! Paloschi + Astori + Abate are the future of Italy. By watching Nesta and TS33 play, Astori will be motivated to perform well. Forza Milan.
Mexes actually was doing better recently for Roma, then in past years. Don’t bash on him please.
