ANDREA PIRLO seems closer to a Milan exit and closer to a Juventus move.
The Italian midfielder has been heavily linked with a move out of AC Milan this summer as his contract runs out at the end of the season and an offer for renewal has yet to be made by the club.
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini wants to bring Pirlo to England, but it seems that Juventus are currently in pole position for the 31-year-old, who earns €6 million annually at Milan.
Ibrahimovic and Pato set to return against Roma
Milan announce participation in the Audi Cup
According to Sky Sport 24, the Old Lady are already in talks with Pirlo’s agent, Tullio Tinti and today (Wednesday), Tinti met with Juventus’ General Manager Giuseppe Marotta at Vinovo.
Juventus have announced already that Pirlo is a summer target.

Tragic, absolutely tragic if he puts that dispicable jersey on next year.
And Nuri Sahin will join Real Madrid, I hope Andrea stays with us.
I’m sorry to say that but let him go if he is stuborn. With that money they can get his replacement with lower wage like Poli/Sahin/Lazzari.
this is truly sad… pirlo’s style and skill set are unique.. he’s not just a good player, there are at most a handful of players in the world that can give a team what he gives.. it would sad to see him leave..
Hmm, to pay him 6 mil, or to buy new player whith similar qualities that will surely cost at least 10 Mil plus wage? I think that choice is obvious.
I would hate to see Pirlo go as he is one of my favorite Milan players but I understand if he leaves. He will be 32yrs old this year and unless he takes a huge pay cut it is not worth keeping him for that kind of salary.
Milan are a changing squad which means a lot of players will leave from the 2003 and 2007 UCL winning team era.
If hes going to leave, which we’ve made apparent for most of the year, he should go to another Italian team (by process of elimination that leaves Juve, Nap or Roma) and I have to say I’m glad it’s Juve.
Also, there’s a rumor on Milannews that we’re also going to offer Boriello for Quag….
That seems unlikely, but if we have to lose Pirlo, and can get rid of Boriello in the deal, then by all means, let’s go for it. We seem to be friendly with Juve on the transfer market again.
Andrea pls don’t go. you are a rare player.
What a disgrace if he joins Rubentus….I’ll be forced to burn all of my Pirlo shirts.
Don’t make me do it Andrea!
The problem here is he doesn’t want to take a lower wage. He needs to realize he is over 30 years old and has fitness problems, and should take a salary cut. 6 million Euros is one of the top salaries on the team. I love Pirlo and remember him in 2006-07… which was his peak… but life goes on.
Borriello for Quag? Juventus is dumb but not that dumb. We’re not that friendly with Juve on the market. They wanted Cassano but didn’t get him.
i don’t know if he actually will go to juventus. i think playing in the champions league is a deal breaker for him, or it has been in the past and since juventus might not even play in the europa league next year…. i guess we’ll see and i really hope he doesn’t leave, milan won’t be the same without him.
Thank god he’s leaving. No more stupid twirls in front of the defense before giving the ball away. Peolpe he is old slow and no longer needed. If Juve are dumb enough to sign him, all the better for Milan.
For you to say that proves that you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.
I love those twirls..hahahaha
meeting wasnt about pirlo:

this is part of negotiation. if i am pirlo, of course i will try to find a team that can pay me no less than what i have currently earned. milan, on the other hand, want to balance their book. if the coach have a replacement for pirlo with the annual salary lower than him, so why do milan need to keep him?
The era of pirlo is over…pirlo go down…please keep logic..milan grow up with young man…next year!!europe in our hand
