AC MILAN drew 2-2 against Palermo, but the red and black still has a chance on the return leg.
Allegri was fair on giving Oddo, Papastathopoulos and Antonini a chance to prove themselves on defense, unfortunately a great effort was made but it was not enough to stop the Rosanero from scoring.
Looking back at the highlights, Papastathopoulos could have done a better job on defending Pastore and Amelia could have tried to stop the ball instead of just looking at it until the very last second.

I understand Papastathopoulos has not played a lot of games, and it is understandable about his mistakes. But training with the legendary Nesta and the young star Thiago Silva for almost the whole season now, it would seem as if he would have learned something from them by now.
Same goes for Antonini; I would have preferred Allegri to start Didac because the way Antonini plays, it is really hard for me to consider him a defender. In the second half, again Papastathopoulos was defending poorly with eventually cost us the second goal.
Even though I do think Amelia could have done a better job at goal keeping and possibly could have stopped the second goal. Unfortunately until we get Abbiati back, he is the only option we have right now. I think it was a smart move for Allegri to rest our starting players because the Scudetto is more important.
I think we all know that we do not want Inter winning any titles this year, and how enjoyable would it be if we were the ones in the final along with Inter and defeating them again but this time for the Italian Cup.
The draw was not bad at all, and hopefully if we win our next two games in Serie A. Then we won’t have to worry as much about the Scudetto and focus more on the Coppa Italia and on the return leg at Palermo. Furthermore, the 2-2 draw does not mean we are out, we still having a fighting chance left. And remember that the Italian Cup is not as important as the Scudetto. So as long as we win the Scudetto, I think the fans of A.C. Milan will be satisfied at being closer of achieving our next golden star for our jersey.

I like what mr allegri did just a trial and in the other hands he rested some of our key players i even thank God that it did’nt cost us so much so in the second leg we will unleash our full squad for them the only thing is that milan always look at there past record over palermo that’s why we fill inferior to them something but am optimistic that milan will win in the reverse fixtures, forza milan
