ALESSANDRO NESTA could retire soon.
It is not the first time that Nesta thinks about retiring, but it seems that the end is very close for him, as he admitted in an interview with Sportmediaset.
“We’re almost at the end,” Nesta said on Thursday. “I don’t want to be dragging myself around the pitch, so will evaluate my physical condition.

“I have received a great deal from football in my career and I want to end it on a high.”
The former Italy international turns 35 in two days (March 19). He started his career at Lazio, before moving to Milan in the summer of 2002.
Nesta is one of the best defenders in the history of football. He has a contract expiring at the end of the season but he will probably renew for another year.

The thought of Nesta and Pirlo not playing with us next season, just the thought, will be absolutely heartbreaking :(. Galliani, do something, the Rossoneri squad will not be the same without those two.
plz stay for one more season next season we will be ready for world domination and wudnt that be a nice way to end ur historic career winning something if not all the important trophys next season. FORZA SANDRO THE BEST FORZA MILLAANNOOOOOO
Stay one more year and win the triple.
I think he should resign for one year then retire after Milan win everything next season.
i know that if Seedorf, Pirlo, Inzaghi, Nesta, Gattuso all gone, there might be some new promising talent joining Milan first team but idk somehow the feeling its kinda heavy to see players like them are retiring or leaving Milan!
STAY WITH US!!!!
Please one season more, u can do it Sandro, u will play the most important games and the others if u want to rest then u will, such as Paolo in his last year, STAY WITH US!
WE’LL WIN THE TREBLE!
He is True Champion… He doesn’t want to drag on like Seedorf to point a few .. he is still better then what we have in Milan… But all the Best and thanks for giving us the memories….

It’s soo sad :( Sheva has gone then Paolo retire and Kaka moved and know we’re watching Nesta Packing his Packages. I miss those guys so much and I’ve started missing Sandro already. I would respect his decision what ever it is .. but deep in the heart I would love Nesta to keep playing for ever .. As Ben said he made one of the dirtiest and roughest positions on the field seem like a work of art .. I couldn’t agree more Ben thank you for the best description I have ever heard about Nesta. bless you guys… Read more »
