ALEXANDRE PATO has revealed that if he will leave Milan it would be for FC Barcelona.
The Brazilian scored yesterday for Brazil in their 3-0 victory over Iran, and after the match, he talked with the press, revealing that he would like to play for Barcelona if he leaves Milan one day.
“If one day I’ll go away from Milan, I’d wear the jersey of Barcelona,” he said.

OMG, dont leave please Pato…
dont leave untill barca pays 100m + pique for pato!
dont leave untill barca pays 100m + messi for pato!
i did not expect such a comment from you pato.where is your loyalty to milan?i am a milan fan from standard 3 and now i am 17 and still supporting milan after these hard days.before you leave i hope you do something for us;make efforts for a silverware this season.
This is an excellent comment from PATO to shut Mancity up and Milan hopefully wont think of the Euro 75 million profit , Milan are not stupid to send Pato to Barca ,because for now Milan are in the top teams of Europe and will not strengthen thier opponent BARCA by sending PATO there. Also PATO must have heard from Dinho that Milan treat players better than BARCA do , also Ibra must have said the same.
@ ronnie2009….no this isn’t an excellent comment from Pato. All he is doing is inviting Barcelona to sign him in a few years and he will be in this same mess not long from now.
I agree with Ronnie09
Pato’s comment is to quiet Man City down. He is saying that they are not worthy of having him. Read between the words of Pato “If I Leave” meaning in case he has to leave. Meaning he has no intentions of leaving yet.
Besides Barca right now wants an all Spaniard club. Why do you think they got Villa and wanted so badly to get rid of Ibra.
@ tbone : Barca would like to have PATO now ,a few years from now Milan has got what it takes to be the best team again and PATO if injury free would be the TALISMAN of MILAN. And as for my opinion Barca will soon fade because of the disrespect they show to other clubs and always look to grab players from other clubs, If any player is good & likes Spanish food they immediately claim his DNA is Barca.
as far as i am concerned, a player should never say where he would like to play if he left our club……that is disrespectful to AC MILAN….and for the record……if MAN CITY offers me 75 million and adabayour for pato….i would do that in a heart beat!!!! do you know how much players we can buy for 75 mil??? that can go to bolster our defence which is what we really need…..and also buy some youth for midfield….
Frank, u r so wrong.
N.S.R.
yes I agree, no amount of money can get us what Pato has given us.
Whatever Barca !
Whatever Madrid
Does this world have only two club ?
Those two clubs has the material power more than any clubs do.
p/s: except for man city :D
@NSR Material power ,sounds like they have super markets, The Footballing world seems to think they are rich but its otherwise, because of the growing popularity of the club , Advertising and merchandise is what they gain , but if you notice the players wages are being borrowed from the bank on the basis they will La Liga & CL and will repay the banks, In Milan’s case its not like that, Milan is a well funded organisation every player in Milan is secured. If Barca think to buy PATO they need to get permission from thier bank too LOL!!!!… Read more »
I think this is a comment on a question like, if you leave Milan wich club will you join then ? Answer: Hmm maybe i think Barca.
i think it’s like this because he is never going to say that, jus’t because he thinks everyone has to now.
Pato will be a Milan player for many many years !!
Pato should call Kaka and Sheva and learn a lesson regarding this from them.
Leaving Milan is never a good option if you already shone here except u’re a flop then u must leave soon to get success. i have some interesting sample here:
Hero to 0= Gullit-> Chelsea, Weah-> Chelsea, Sheva-> Chelsea, Kaka’-> R.Madrid, Boban->C.Vigo,
and from 0 to hero:
Edgar David->Juve
Vieira->Arsenal
Kluivert->Barcelona
and look at Huntelaar now
to Pato: Leaving Milan is not an option ;)
I dont think he will leave until possible a kaka situation emerges when he is in his late 20s. Milan are such a family team that players stick around and normally don’t want to leave and also Milan is such a great city to live in so that helps. Kaka didnt want to leave, Pirlo, Nesta and all the other legends of the club could have went anywhere but they stuck here.
I think Pato will enjoy playing with Robinho, Ibra, Ronnie for at least another year and mabye Kaka again.
i think pato would be better off moving to barcelona now because yes ac milan are the best but he deserves more the barca formation would be

If he keeps getting injured, so i have no problem with it.
