TEN AC Milan players will be in action with their national teams next week.
Andrea Pirlo and Gianluca Zambrotta will be there for Italy on Friday against Northern Ireland and then again on October 12 against Serbia. All this is part of the qualification phase of Euro 2012.
Sweden has called-up Zlatan Ibrahimovic, as he will be their leader against the Netherlands. This qualifier will be held in the Amsterdam Arena on October 12, where Ibra has already scored with a Milan shirt last week.
Confirmed: Abbiati out for 15-20 days
Italy: Two Rossoneros called-up
Brazil will hold two friendlies, and the Selecao coach has named Alexandre Pato, Robinho and Thiago Silva in his squad to face Iran on Thursday and Ukraine on next Monday.
Four others Milan players have been called-up for their national teams: Sokratis Papastathopoulos (Greece), Mario Yepes (Colombia), Rodney Strasser (Sierra Leone) and Oguchi Onyewu (USA).

thank god. nigel de jong is out of holland squad. i afraid that he will break another leg of zlatan.
Wait a minute, GATTUSSO is not there in the Italian team , Oh My God if only Allegri was the Azzuri’s coach. Gattusso would be the Captain, anyways Prandelli is a smart guy he knows what he is doing
yo @ aodac , I would love to watch Nige de Jong vs Gattusso ,will that ever happen , maybe yes , next 10 yrs when Mancity reach CL and Gattusso will be the player cum Coach of Milan, oh yeah and captain too.Hope it turns out to be true.
@sudy : Gattuso retired from italia national team
Sudy, I tried to be tolerant, but just please shut the fuck up. Gattuso has been playing extremely well, more solid than any of our DM’s. I agree he should not be called up, but do not criticize Gattuso. Please base your critique off of the player’s matches. If he’s been doing bad, then criticize him all you want, but he’s been doing good, so shut up.
@Milan Why the fuck do i care if you are tolerant or not, You are not Gattusso’s dad to tell me not to criticize him. and where do you read me criticizing him , I am giving Journalism at its Sarcastic best. if hes doing good you suck him , if he does bad you fuck yourself , I aint got to do with how you feel about him.
@dar ,thanks for letting me know he retired from the National team. Its a blessing for the Azzuri’s
