MASSIMILIANO ALLEGRI doesn’t rule out Kevin-Prince Boateng.
“Boateng? We won’t name names, but we’ll see how things progress over the week,” said Coach Allegri this morning after returned to Italy from the United States with the team.
It appears that Genoa would buy the player from Premier League side Portsmouth despite Lazio’s offer is the highest (€6.5m), but they’d loan the Ghanaian to Milan with an option to buy half of his contract at the end of the season.
Pato: ‘Milan can beat anyone’
‘Milan? I only think about Cagliari’
Allegri also commented on the negotiations with Genoa over Salvatore Bocchetti. It has been confirmed that Milan are trying to swap the Italian international with Marek Jankulovski.
“Bocchetti is a great player, but we are already covered in defence,” Allegri said.

Not yet Mr. i think u can have a good lineup if Bochetti comes. Imagine Papa-Silva-Nesta-Bochetti in the back, and we can breath (at least) easliy this season…
if bochetti and also boteng comes..i can smile if galliani say our tranfer market is close after this arrival.
abbiati
anton/papa-nesta/papa-silva-bochetti
flamini/ambro-pirlo-boteng/merke
pato-borie/hunter-ronie/odu
with this team.. we can conquer europe n world again
bocchetti n boateng, please come!!!
@afman
agreed
my lineup will be:
abbiati
abate/papa silva nesta bochetti/zambro
flamini/strasser/boateng pirlo/seedorf antonini/merkel/ambro
pato/adiyiah hunter/borri dinho/verdi
Alegri said this evening bocchetti is a great player but Milan are covered at the back, if all goes well boateng should be a milan player by tomorrow .
I didn’t get…buy pure wing backs…it will be the same as last season… Papa plays better in central….
amelia
papa nesta silva antonini
flamini/seedorf pirlo/boateng merkel/ambro/strasser
pato huntelaar dinho/verdi
huntelaar only need playing time
if we get these 2 final players and with the youth players on the 1st team, then yes we can breath easily.
Come on! We absolutely need a right back and a deeplying playmaker. Papa is not a right back and I’d imagine him replacing Nesta mid season in for center back. Unless…Allegri is thinking of making Antonini and De Vito as attacking Lb’s, then they can go up freely as Papa would fall back a bit and then there would be three solid defenders. This is what happened a few years ago when Cafu was here. Three solid defenders in the back, and Cafu went storming up. It only works like this or else the defense would get trampled on, aka… Read more »
this are the only two players that milan need presently, but i had that the coach is saying the defence is covered. .!No No,..we hope bocchetti and boateng’s deals will soon complete.
the good thing is that we basically know we are getting two more playas which is really all we need. bad thong is that merkel and verdi will not get as much first team chances and they will be great playas. we shud do this now try to sell the old mids ba pirlo and seedorf for money for a new striker in the nest market. if they still refuse to be sold then we shud cancel their contracts and promote merkel strasser and verdi. that is smart and will save money on wages and will make us better for… Read more »
What is so good about Boateng? I think he is no better than Merkel, Give the primavera boys chance to prove themselves..As for Janku and Kaladze, just root them on the bench if they refuse to leave…I like Merkel more than the big head Boateng
stop making lies about Boateng cming to milan and G di santos the 2 players cost 5m and 7millions how come we cant buy them.
