HARRY REDKNAPP wants to loan Huntelaar.
Tottenham boss Redknapp has revealed his side could spend as little as £9m by targeting loans deals instead of buying players on outright basis, and according to the Daily Mirror, he wants to loan AC Milan’s Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
There were reports yesterday that Milan would swap the Dutchman striker with Mexico’s Giovani Dos Santos, but according to the White Hart Lane coach, he would like to loan his specific three targets.
‘Milan are envied for…’
‘Candreva likes AC Milan’
Redknapp said: “I can see loans happening. I’ve got three players in mind that would not cost a lot money. If we can pull off the deals you are talking about £8million or £9million for three players. Loans would certainly be a real possibility.
“People are going to loan players from all over the world, there will be loads because clubs are struggling to pay the wages. There will be high earners they have to loan out.”
