ENGLAND remains an option for Gennaro Gattuso.
Harry Redknapp wants to bring the 32-year-old to the White Hart Lane this summer as Milan are looking to sell him according to Milannews.it.
Gattuso has already made it very clear that he will leave if new Coach Massimiliano Allegri tells him that he’s not a starting XI player, as he has no willingness to sit on the bench for the most of the season like he did under Leonardo.
‘I want to stay at Milan, but not on the bench’
‘Milan, take Kuyt’
Gattuso earns €4 million wages per-year – a figure Tottenham Hotspur cannot give ‘Rino’. However, the fact that The Spurs will be playing in the Champions League next season makes the deal attractive for Gennaro.
The midfielder has been a player of the Rossoneri since 1999 and currently he’s the vice-captain of Milan. He has 293 appearances and 7 goals for his name as a Diavolo player.
Gattuso’s agent recently suggested that his client would not move to Dubai amid reports linking his client with Al-Ahli Dubai.
