FRANCO BARESI is convinced Massimiliano Allegri will do well.
The days are numbered until the soap opera will end, and Allegri will be announced as AC Milan new Coach, after Cagliari Calcio Chairman Massimo Cellino has finally freed him to join the Rossoneri this week.
AC Milan legendary No.6, Franco Baresi, has seen a coach or two during his spell with the Rossoneri as a player and as a spectator, and he’s convinced Allegri will be able to compete for the Scudetto next season.

“Allegri is a new coach who will give plenty of enthusiasm to the group and he has already shown he can get results following his time at Cagliari,” Baresi told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “He plays offensive football and I think Milan fans will take to him. He will convince everyone.”
On whether Milan can fight for the title, Baresi said: “Allegri can play positive, quality and effective football. Inter have won plenty and are in front compared to the competition, but Milan can challenge for the title.”

I really hope Baresi is right, but we need new players
I believe to FRANCO BARESI! My all-time most favourite after PAOLO MALDINI
allegri does not throw strikers like leonardo did. he thinks more about things…. i hope he will lead us to success
Massimiliano Allegri is a good coach. I like him very much. But, if we don’t invest and buy new players, then no way we’ll be able to compete with Roma, Juventus and of course, Inter
“AC Milan legendary No.3, Franco Baresi, has seen a coach(…)” Baresi is Milan’s legendary No. 5, Maldini’s number 3.
Franco Baresi was number 6….hello?
