GENNARO GATTUSO has said no to Milan new terms as he rejects the new deal the Rossoneri offered him and his face are now turned to Manchester City according to the Italian press.

Adriano Galliani has revealed that he offered the 31-years-old midfielder a contract extension, which includes a clause that says the Italian will stay with Milan until he finishes his career.

The press at Italy has suggested during the last weeks that Gennaro Gattuso is no longer happy under guidance of Brazilian coach Leonardo, and would not like to renew his contract that ends at the end of the season.

Milan Offer Gattuso A New Deal

Despite the directors of Via Turati are interesting in keeping the player under their helm, il Corriere dello Sport reveals on Friday that Gattuso is not interesting the renewal that has been offered, as he wants better terms.

The newspaper suggests that Gattuso will give Milan the final answer after the Christmas break. Rino already has some options, as the Italian sports daily adds and reports that Manchester City are close to the World Cup winner.

However, it was also said that former Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti who correctly coaches Chelsea F.C. has followed Gattuso. But Ancelotti already said that he knows that Gattuso is Milan player.

These reports will face Milan with a hard question of should they offer Gattuso better terms or just part companies. What will happen? The time to the one to tell…
