The run for Milan’s new striker could finish TODAY

AC Milan will get finals comments from their transfer targets today.

So who would it be?

It was Dzeko who started the race alone, he was close to agree Milan terms and the reports even told they had pre-agreement, but he broke the Rossoneri’s hurt by saying he stay and he love where he is, although two days before he told he was happy, he said he is not.

On one hand or another, the Rossoneri erased him from the list. Dzeko unsuccessful deal, gave the option for Sevilla star Luis Fabiano. Fabiano expressed his desire to play for il Diavolo some day, and the things are still ongoing with his deal. Milan try to buy him, and the fee is something around €20-€30m.

While there were talks with Fabiano, Milan were starting the talks with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger. General manger Adriano Galliani approve there is progress with Togo star Emmanuel Adebayor. Milan offer €20m + Flamini for him. Perhaps he is AC Milan main target after Dzeko deal fell through.

The last name to add on the list is Real Madrid striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. The Dutch player has been linked with the Italian giant more than once, but his employer, Florentino Perez, rejected to give him on loan. Galliani returned yesterday from Spain empty-handed.

Personally, the player I would like to see Luis Fabiano at Milan. He has wonderful performance in Sevilla and in Brazil national team, particularly in Confederation Cup this year. At first, I wanted Dzeko, but it did not work out. Let’s make it clear, I do not want Adebayor.

Milan do not give up, since the start of this summer-transfer-window, the Rossoneri are looking for a striker. They do have signed some unknown players, but the have yet to pen a contract with any player with wide-world name. The offer of €20m and Flamini could be the end of the searching.

The reports suggest Milan are still push hard for Huntelaar, who is bench player now after the arrival of Karim Benzema to Real Madrid as part of the ‘Galacticos’ Florentino Perez is building. Huntelaar is not Milan first option, perhaps there is time for negotiations with him, but Perez interesting to SELL.

The man who is second in the hot-list is Luis Fabiano; his terms are considered too high for the Rossoneri. He compared to Adebayor, but I still think he is better than Ade is, correctly for this year anyway. Adebayor is still the No. 1 contender to take the striker role.

The answers from the targets will arrive this week, and even today…
