ADRIANO GALLIANI has presented a €8m bid to Fiorentina for Adem Ljajic before taking off to the USA, it’s reported.
The Adem Ljajic dream seemed to have died with the stay and renewal of Robinho but Ljajic is still very much a target and the Rossoneri have reportedly made their interest formal and have presented a bid to Fiorentina this morning (Friday).
Today is the key day to understand Ljajic’s future as there will be a meeting between the leaders for the Firenze club and Ljajic’s agent to discuss a possible renewal. If an agreement cannot be reached, Fiorentina will look to sell Ljajic.

Milan and Fiorentina were in the same situation two summers ago when Riccardo Montolivo refused to extend his Viola deal and Milan made a bid for him which was deemed too low so they took him for free the next year. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport‘s Carlo Laudisa, Adriano Galliani has made an official bid for Ljajic before flying out to the United States for the Milan tour. The market expert of Sky Italia, Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan’s offer is €8m plus bonuses.

You have to start bidding low though, 8 million plus bonuses, Viola might accept it. If we bid 10 million right away, then Viola might get greedy and ask for 12 million. But agreed, the sooner we can get it overwith, the better.
I hope this is true. Because it would make sense in Milan’s situation to pay a higher sum for Ljalic and get honda for free,rather than offer a sum of money for both players. It works out cheaper. Also,at the end of the day,we have two excellent additions to the squad. So if we manage to get Ljalic now,we’ll have him for champions league and we wouldnt miss honda too much,because we’ll have him next season for champions league. I say go for it.

We will most likely play a 4-3-1-2 the coming season and have actually no use for ljajic, in view of the fact that SES and Balotelli are set. I think we’re fine in attack, and the money should be spent some place else…but maybe this means that Niang will go out on loan, Llajic probably has more to offer for now than Niang. This move would be even better if Llajic would play as a trequartista, and not as a second striker, because he would probably get more playing time than Petagna in that case, it would not be good for his development and he is doing great so far this pre-season, against decent opponents as well. This is called “Initial offer”. You don’t expect Galiani to make straight offer of 10million considering we have time to negotiate further. Della Valle can say all he wants but Milan have done the right thing in terms of procedure. He has said he would put him on the market if he doesn’t accept their wage offer (around 1.2million) which is much less than the Ljajic’s request of 2million. I’d rather save the money for someone else. We’ve evidently got 8 million to spend and if we sell KPB we have ourselves around 18 million. That money can be used to sign Luiz Gustavo who is surplus to requirements at Bayern for 18 million euros. It is a win win. We sell KPB and sign a player who can play both centre midfield and centre back.

Agreed, Gustavo would be a perfect signing for us, and the money should be spent on him, no doubt. He’ll be perfect to rotate along with De jong, plus he can play as a centre back as well. His signing would be very smart one.

It seems Ljajic’s bid is having it’s effect on Honda’s negotiation. According to a report on a Russian daily Izvestia, an agreement between CSKA and Milan will be found soon with Honda receiving 1.8million per season. And according to Milan Channel this afternoon, Milan are not considering Honda and Ljajic as alternatives of each other.

I don’t know whether Llajic can defense well. I think both SES and niang are good in helping our defenders. I prefer to loan out robinho and keep niang. Niang is useful for a winger and 2nd striker like SES. Either kingsley or petagna should be promoted to the first team (imo they are more skillful than pazzo). I prefer kingsley more bcoz he has impressed me since 2 years ago during pre season. Kingsley reminds me of faustino asprila, a colombian striker in 90’s who played for parma. @Mykel, Fiorentina too are clever. Should Ljajic refused to extend his contract, i.e if fiorentina don’t meet his demands then they will look to quickly sell him this summer. Though its going to be intresting to see how all these turn out.
If Fiorentina are wise, they should ensure Ljajic renew at whatever cost and then sell him at their own price else Galiani can back track from the chase if he realise that Ljajic has refused to renew and instead wait for his contract

It’s a good news at last that Galliani officially tending an offer 4 a player, but fingers crossed still.
Some of you colleague are practically funny, once milan is link with a player the next thing you do is to start coming up with all sort of formation….it’s annoying some times but I still like it.
With Ljajic,Niang would go on loan, if in a coownership, could mean Kucka joining. If the Honda deal is sealed too, it would push Boateng, Nocerino, and Urby to look for the move.
In that manner maybe offering Boateng to Bayern for Gustavo could make sense.
I wouldn’t mind Niang leaving if Honda and Ljaic come. Petagna showed more in 3 games that Niang in whole season,he should go gain some experience,take a hair cut and focus on playing football.
How about getting a decent defender and most if all a midfielder first..
Our midfield is still not great in terms of playmaking qualities, we need someone with both playmaking and defending abilities, another montolivo i might say.. If montolivo gets injured, our midfield is in trouble.. This should be our priority for the moment in my humble opinion

For my opinion PETAGNA similar like HULK & KINSLEY have speed like G WEAH (Milan Legend).
I’m sure both of them will be Milan new Star besides Balo.
Lets give both more chance to play regular teams much more…and we’ll see big club like MU and Madrid try to chase both of them.
