ROBINHO HAS extended his contract by two years and is set to stay and be tied to the Rossoneri colours until 2016.
One meeting was enough to decide the future Robinho. The lawyer and father/agent of the attacking Brazilian arrived to via Turati this afternoon to speak with Adriano Galliani and in the evening it’s been made official: Robinho stays and renews.
After Robinho’s move to Santos had fallen through due to gaps between the Peixe and both Milan and Robinho, il Diavolo made it clear that the player will be going nowhere, and the 29-year-old signed the papers to keep him at Milan for long.
Robinho’s agents meet Milan: “He will stay, for now”
Allegri gets injured in Milan training session
“Milan announces Robinho has extended his contract to June 30, 2016,” read a statement on acmilan.com on Thursday evening. Robinho has agreed to lower his wages in order to sign this new contract, and according to Sky Italia’s Di Marzio, his new salary is €3-3.5 million per season. His previous salary was €4 million a year (his contract used to expire in 2014).
This most likely ends Milan’s Ljajic pursue as Galliani was clear that a second striker will arrive only if one goes. It remains to be seen whether Robinho will fulfill his contract but one thing is certain: the Milan fans will see Robinho next year.
Muahahahaha take that santos!
3 mill a year… I guess playing clown is paying well…
A very dangerous player… like 5 years ago…
Well at least his wages have been reduced, and at least cheap Santos won’t be getting him for free. Whether you like it or not Robinho is a dangerous player, I would like to see him get more playing time this year
And find the back of the goal when he does play.
He lacked motivation last season due to his home sickness. I bet we will all see a more motivated Robinho next season. All the best Robi
Wonderful mercato so far.
Does anyone know anything about this Christian Eriksen speculation?
It’s a lie.
Yes, it’s not true. Just a bad media rumour getting all over the internet. Very doubtful it has any basis.
FC Liverpool made officia bid for eriksen……
I don’t mind. This will prevent us from losing him for free, and he probably has reduced his wages, as he was willing to do it for Santos, why not Milan? Uncle Fester knows how to seize the opportunity.
There is still a chance for him leaving this summer though, but I’m fine either way, as long as Honda joins this summer. Robi, when he wants, is a very good player, very talented, maybe he’ll get back his motivation. All I know is that if he stays, I’ll be right behind his back, supporting him.
WELL DONE MILANISTA FOR YOUR COMMENT.
I WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT ROBINHO MY FAVOURITE PLAYER AND MILAN!
FORZA ROBI & OF COURSE FORZA MILAN!!!
How did we go from “Almost selling him” to extending his contract a further 3years???..

I just read the Christian Eriksen rumor too. check the link where the danish website took it from
http://sport.panorama.it/calciomercato/christian-eriksen-milan-kevin-prince-boateng-ajax
I pray so because impossible is nothing couple with fact that he’s another player whose contract expires in 2014, a real target for Galiani so don’t write it off.
his talent can’t really be questioned. i think most people wants him leave because of his high wages. now that seems solved, he’ll probably earn less. so no more whinings and bashings, angry fans.
positive step this.
MmmmMrrrrrrrrrrrrr fester galliani.i no he wnt go
this was the wrong move by the club…Robinho’s dip in form is the real reason why so many fans want he to go.
From missing easy tap in chances in big games to not perform at all for the last 2 season makes this news seem more ridiculous.
Robinho is finished and will become dead weight!
Milan’s asking price was ridiculous for a player who had two inconsistent seasons…we could have sold him and bring someone like Honda who is much needed to freshen up the squad!
Our asking price was not the issue, we even lowered our demands from 10 million to 6 million – a 4 million deficit. It was his wages that were the problem.
Nw honda xtnd ur contract @ moscow
A good deal and gave santos a lesson, hope robinho will be more motivated after being tied for another three years, no doubt he has the skills and wish he can show us what he used to be.
A great Lesson: only Milan can hire mediocre players for free.
you had better shut up juninho..enough with your ***ing comments..you make us angry idiot!
I think this is more of a tactic from fester, Monacos interest + a new contract could be a higher fee? we’ll have to wait and see…Even if Robinho stays, I still think he has some talent left in him and he could also possible mentor SES? although we still need Honda now!!
The Monaco has denied he was interested in Robinho and hired Hulk.
Actually it will be good for him to stay in europe but hoply he will performed better.
Bad news
I like this News…Coaching isn’t all abt just giving Tactics,But also having the ability to pass that high morale to the team..how I wish Allegri cud learn 2 or 3 Things from coaches like Mourinho,Fergie, and even Guradiola..to see how they psyche up their players to get d Best out of them…but reverse is the case for Allegri…Nocerino,Boateng,Robinho all just lost fone..and u fink its Normal having seen their previous stellar performances???…
Just Hope SES doesn’t join their list this season..
Just Hope my coach psyche these Guys up to get the Best out of them, this coming season…
Forza Milan..
Bad news
I don’t think this is as bad as a lot of people think. Firstly, it was kinda obvious that Santos wasn’t going to pay anything more than their budget (5m or something?), so rather than sell him for peanuts, why don’t we keep him for one more year? It’s not like he’s Traore, he is a good player that can provide something to the game. If we don’t extend his contract, it’s very likely we’re going to lose him for nothing next summer. So by extending his contract, we can still get something next summer, the summer after, or maybe… Read more »
I AGREE 100%.REALLY GOOD COMMENT SHEVCHENKO!
Moratti sold 75% of inter! Milan’s transfer market is very weak! Napoli and juve and maybe Inter have a great one.
Not so bad. now sell Traore..he is very useless player
Probably robinho got a new contract to boost his sale value just like thiago silva!!!
Please monaco,u wanted antonini, why not robinho!!!!
Guys now as this news is official we should all pray he shows some of his glimpses from the past and sparkles this coming season. Unlike other Brazilian players (Ronaldo for instance) this guy is pretty fit and slim for his age. I hope he becomes valuable again as no point bashing him now. He is going to remain in Milan colors for next three season.
Ok now robinho has agree 2 stay plz sell or loan oun niang an buy honda plz
I hope he will be motivated this year..as he wants to play in world cup..and there is so much competition in Brazil side….he should try more than 100% this year…it will benefit not only him but also Milan
I’m feelin a real revelation in the transfer market this summer. All the dead weight (Traore, Antonini etc.) will have finally moved on! I’d consider selling Boa & Noce, although I wouldn’t mind if they remained. Big things are coming for the last 2 weeks of August, I can feel it! FORZA MILAN!
Robinho should be given a new chance, I hope he woould be more motivated this season, he looks good at practice.
Also i looked at his stats last night, he made a goal or an assist every 121 min. better then his time in Real and City.
And just as good as some of our old heroes.
I’ll be waiting for then big signing until sep. 2, we all known uncle fester and how he works.
Swap Noccerino(-1) with a reliable center back(+1),
sell Traore(-2) and Antonini(-3),
loan Niang(-4) to get some minutes away,
sell Robinho(-5) and Boateng(-6) if possible,
get Kucka(+2), Honda(+3) and Ljajic(+4) this summer.
I KNOW YOU GUYS ARE READING THIS US FANS WANT HONDA WE LOVE AC MILAN BUT HONESTLY WE NEED HONDA WHAT EVER IT TAKES WE NEED GHIM IN CHAMPIONS LEAUGE AND AUDI CUP AND SERIA A NAPOLI AND JUVI BOUGHT EVERYONE WHILE WE DIDNT BUY ANYONE BESIDE POLI WHICH HONDA IS A BETTER PLAYMAKER. WE CAN USE HIM ON FREE KICKS AND PLAYMAKER TO THE ITALY STRIKERS ELSHARRAWY AND BALO.. THIS IS SEROUS WE NEED HIM AS SOON AS POSIBLE. AND WE NEED A WINGER WITH ELSHARAWY AND BALO HONDA IS A GOOD FINISHER TO IM FLYING TO GERMANY NEXT… Read more »
More details have emerged about the renewal figures which is very smart. Robinho’s current contract was canceled and a new three year deal worth 2million per season was signed. Milan presented the offer to his dad and agent in the afternoon and later after Robinho finished training, he sat down with his entourage and they agreed. This means Robi has decided to cut his salary by almost 50% which was what he rejected for Santos. I see this as a very strong commitment to Milan and willingness to play with strong motivation and continuity. On the other development, Ernesto Bronzetti’s… Read more »
Oh Yeah!
WOW great mercato well done Fester for ruining our dreams to have a MILAN team without mediocre players
Now we can forget for Honda to come in the summer, the great Milan hasnt got money to spend…SHakhtar Donetsk has spend 42million € for players, AS Roma 48 million, Anzhi 51million!!!!
And we are scared tio spend 4-5million for Honda!!!!!
Or 10-12million for Eriksen….what a mess its a shame for our beloved Milan
Well…… I wish him all the best, i love him but as he lost is best form i support of selling him, now that they have give him contract extention and low his wages, i hope he do well for the come season. Forza Robinho! Forza Allegri! Forza Milan!!!
So does this mean that we wont sign anyone ?
Moratti has sold 75 % of Inter shares…
A new era will begin…Moratti did whats best for Inter…
Why does not Berlusconi?
I dont mind Berlusconi not spending.. if you dont want to spend, step down and let someone else spend…
Bersluconi and Galliani live in their own bubble…
I hope some day they will wake up…
because nobody wants milan to turn in a sheikh or olegarch club like chelsea, psg, mancity, monaco or anzhi
every club has ups and downs, at the begining of 90’s we were the best club like barca was in the last 5 years
then in the late 90’s we were not so good, but from 2003-2007 we were 3 times in cl final and won it 2 times
so this is normal, to have ups and downs. even real madrid has not won cl for 10 years
have trust in our club, management, choach and players!
forza milan!
God Help Us !!!
The Eriksen rumours were mentioned again today but only if Honda does not arrive this summer. Sakho could become a Milan target now, after Marquinhos signing becomes official.
Every year Sakho is a target anda every year MIlan misses.
I think Sakho is the only player worth mentioning out there that we can get to, that is within our price range as well, other than Astori.
@ “rico”I love u. But no gay fin ooh. Hahaha. I ve been a milan fan since 97 and I believe my team bcos every team have their ups & down. Even the big coke or toyota company have ups & down. So if you can’t be patiant 4 tins to shapen up like the good old days pls u can join inter and co or u stop complaining. May fake fans here can’t even manage their relationships let a lone a football club. Ndi ala.
Thanks god!
My ♥ Robi remains at Milan !!!
Good luck Robinho ! ! !
These was the best news for me as Robi is my favourite player!
Forza Robinho & of course FORZA MILAN!!!
Pls I want to understand how milan became the 4th club to earn highest and juv 1st frm last year champions league and bayern and bvb becoming 2nd and 3rd.
TV Money and only 2 italian teams in the UCL
http://football-italia.net/36564/juventus-made-%E2%82%AC65m-cl
Thanks
According to reports from Gazzetta etc. Milan made 51 million euros last season from CL and finished season with positive zero.
All we saw from this mercato now is Zapata for 6mil and two co-owns for around 7mil together, this gives us around 13-14mil combined for 3 players.
Management is playing with us while Berlusconi is grabing money for himself…
I think Robinho will perform well this season. Guys to be sincere, I want Honda to come January in other to allow Saponera show himself (have more playing time) from now till December. I thinks the boy is just too much of a Kaka (add working and never have time to party), we need to give him playing time…….
1 more defender to complete the team…Milan will surprise a whole lot of people.
Milan will the Champion’s league..!!!
With the new signing #Robinho, Milan can rule the Champions league for five seasons consecutively..
IKR! Robinho scored 75 GOALS!! IN 2 MATCHES!!!…
forza robinho hope you play well this season. Does anyone know if Milan is still intrested in classie??? that guy has better vision than boa and noce put together and hees ok at defence s
Milan is no longer interested.
Now everyone can understand why AC Milan is probably the team with highest wages in serie A, they pay a lot for average to mediocre players, here a clear example a guy how went on vacation last season is a clown, NO leadership skills in him and he get’s this much money.
Now offer him plus 10mln for Vital Dede, than offer Abate inexchange with Fabi Coentrao, Anceloti likes Abate, or sell him and with that money buy Coentrao. Than offer Emanuelson or Novcerino plus 10mln for Mirko Vucinic. And than offer Flamini plus 2mln for Ljalic than offer Antonini inexchange with Honda. And our team would be: Ganriel, De Sciglo-Dede-Zapata-Coentrao, Montolivo-De Jong-Honda, Vucinic-Balotelli-El Shaarawy.
who’s this guy?lol
