ROBINHO IS looking close to returning to Santos as Milan and the Brazilian side have reportedly found an agreement.
Robinho’s days at Milan are numbered as it’s reported on Tuesday evening that Milan and Santos have found an agreement over the 29-year-old Brazilian, who joined Milan from Manchester City in 2010 for a fee believed to be €18 mil.
Adriano Galliani confirmed that Robinho, who trained with Milan in the last two days at the Milanello training center, wants to return to the club where he grew up, and it now seems that the player is close to returning for a third Santos term.

Milan lowered their demands from €10m to €8m but Santos urged Milan to drop the price further and according to Globoesporte, Milan have accepted Santos’ bid of just below €6m. Now all that remains for Robinho to complete his move is to agree personal terms with the Peixe. Santos have until July 20 to sign Robinho as the Brazilian mercato closes then.
If Santos manage to sign Robinho, Milan will sign a second striker and the main target is Adem Ljajic, 21, of Fiorentina, whose contract expires next summer. It’s said that Jeremy Menez of Paris Saint-Germain is the alternative to Ljajic.

5-6 million euros is still okay, especially considering that we’re saving money not having to pay him his 4 million euro salary. 8 million euros would’ve been nice though. I actually have no idea. According to reports, Astori is the hottest name to join us. And I think he did very well against Uruguay, performing well against a front line consisting of Cavani-Suarez-Forlan is really something. But other than that I can’t name any proven quality centre back that is at our price range…

I am all out of ideas… I was against the Vidic idea at first but if Milan can’t get a decent young defender this season, I wouldn’t want to trust Zapata. I like the Astori idea but Juve are after him too! God damn it Juve!

our forwards arent complete if robhino leaves, the addition of ljajic and honda is all we need to complete midfield and attack while hopping kpb(which is unlikely) stays and nocerino leaves, am pretty sure that galliani has a few CBs in mind and are jus waiting for the right moment to make a move

Y’s I’d love to have both Honda and ljajic but Honda isn’t expected to come until January or if boateng leaves. Ljajic too he can play as the attacking mid but he also will be eEl shaarawy’s main rival for a starting spot because I think allegri would rather have him as a second striker instead of a play maker. Robinho obviously wants to go home but also stated he’s happy at milan, who knows, maybe Robinho can become the ttrequartista and be on form if he ends up staying.. Milan should be after ogbonna and get him over juve, we need a really good cb and even Vidic would be solid for milan for at least 2years then we can say we have a solid defence with depth… Defence is more of a priority than forwards
