PAOLO BERLUSCONI has put an end to the talk of him racially abusing Mario Balotelli.
Milan became a symbol of fighting racism after Kevin-Prince Boateng, with the rest of the Milan team, left the field in a friendly against Pro Patria last month after the black Milan players were abused by the fans.
However, Milan Vice President and Silvio’s brother Paolo Berlusconi sparked a Balo race raw, calling the forward “il negretto di famiglia” in a political event and his words hit the headlines in Italy and abroad.

“I spoke to Balotelli, though in reality there was no need, seeing as he is an intelligent lad,” said Berlusconi after meeting Balo. “He had already understood my phrase was an affectionate one that was turned into a stupid media circus. Let us close this story, as Mario told me there was no need to say anything else.”
Balotelli was in the center of another non-related football story as reports suggested he had quarreled with the police at the airport today. However, Milan denied the story, claiming that “Balotelli was given a parking ticket at Linate airport in Milan. Contrary to what has been reported by some sources, there was no argument between the parties and Balotelli showed up as usual for training at the Milanello sports centre.”
The 22-year-old arrived to training at Milanello accompanied by his girlfriend Fanny. His agent, Mino Raiola was also at the training center today. In other news, Daniele Bonera will miss the Cagliari game with injury.

I´m sorry to say it, but Bonera hasn´t had enough spark or positioning skills to keep his defensive responsibilities this year. Maybe partly because of injuries, but his physical attributes also seems to age faster than some of the other loyal defenders this club has seen through the years. And the fact that Allegri keeps using him launches these ungrateful comments.

Meh, I don’t think that Bonera is a top player but saying that he is horrible is not right. If he is that bad, how come he has played 17 games for the italian national team which in the last 20 years have had very strong defenders. IMO he is a discreet player that can cover his part fairly well against most teams. The problem is that most of you are used to seeing top defenders at Milan (baresi, nesta, stam, thiago silva, maldini, etc) who very rarely make mistakes and have great positional skills. Bonera has never been a fan favorite..and will never be..am still not convinced with Constant.. I feel he is the weakest link in that team..great runs, sometimes even great tackles..but positionally deficient..he plays beta wit Urby helping him out

Bonera won everything he won on the bench (as he shld), he was privileged enough to train with some of d greatest defenders of all time but cld not pick up d list experience from any one of dem.
