FRANCESCO ACERBI is believed to be inches away from completing his move from Chievo to Milan.
Milan have already confirmed the signings of Bakaye Traoré and Riccardo Montolivo but also Chievo’s Acerbi appears to be very close to joining Milan as only the final details are missing for him to be Milan’s.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Milan already have an agreement with Chievo and Genoa – the two sides that are currently co-owning the player – and all that’s lacking is a final and definite agreement with the player.

Acerbi (24) is a long-life Milan fan and has never denied his desire to play with the red & black shirt so there shouldn’t be any problems. Francesco is not a well-known name like Davide Astori or Ogbonna for the Milan fans but he had a great season and was selected on the Team of the Season of a few experts.
Milan need a center back to replace Alessandro Nesta who called time on his Diavolo career, and Acerbi could be the man to replace the veteran in the heart of the defense alongside the excellent Thiago Silva.

Firstly he has passion enough to be the player of Milan but then lets see how good he turns out to be a defender.Atleast a year he needs to acclimatize to perform against bigger teams and read the game which is going to be a bigger challenge for him. Allegri needs to give him all the motivation and attention to get the best out of him.
i sometimes watch Chievo play and i can assure you he is a great defender and at only 24 he can only get better. Ogbonna would also be a good signing but he is much more expensive and hasn’t proven himself against Serie A attackers so actually i would prefer Acerbi over Ogbonna.

the formation is 3-4-3, so Chiellini doesnt count. ’cause he played as LB all season , except one of Bonucci or Barzagli cant play in the center.
