ADRIANO GALLIANI says Milan will only sign someone if he came on a free loan with an option to buy.
Reports suggested that Milan could take Manchester City’s unwanted striker Carlos Tevez on a loan in January, after Milan and the player’s agent had a meeting, but Milan are unwilling to spend too much.
Milan are “in need” for a striker according to Vice President Galliani, following Antonio Cassano’s heart condition, but he also said that Milan will make a deal with Tevez – or everyone else – under certain terms.
Week 13 in Serie A 2011/2012: Results and Standings
Galliani: “Allegri will stay at Milan, 101%”
“If someone arrives in January then it will be on loan, for free, with an option to buy clause,” Galliani stated. “That applies to Tevez too. However, there is some time to go until the market opens. We’ll watch and evaluate the situations. If Cassano hadn’t had any problems, we wouldn’t be here today talking about it.”
Milan already have Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Alexandre Pato and Robinho as well as Stephan El Shaarawy and Filippo Inzaghi. “Ibra is fantastic”, Galliani said of the man who scored his 100th & 101st Serie A goals last night. “I am pleased as in the year in which Shevchenko scored his 100th goal, Milan won the title.”

Well, it;s smart not to spend now…..we can get some quality players…
I say we need a Striker,a Van Bommel-ish type of player and a left back…
Though i’d prefer if we just got Didac back..I hear Braida met his agent today..
I heard that espanyol are interested in capdevilla. Since he is also a LB like didac, odds are that he will lose his position even in espanyol…
He is 33 year old come on he can`t be better than didac:)
montolivo and a left back. forget tevez, we dont need him at all.
very true. hes cup-tied so hes no use in the champions league. all they need to do is work on el shaarawy and thats it.
Yes, bring back didac,
no more strikers,, bring back merkel…
We need left back, seedorf and bommel replacement. We don’t need tevez at all. Antonelli from genoa for left back, monty and m’vila in midfield or eriksen and nainggolan.
I would not be opposed to Tevez coming. He would give us the ability to rest Ibra who still is our best striker. Plus I mean come on, we have been linked with Maxi Lopez and Tevez, who would seriously take Lopez over Tevez. City is paying Tevez his wages now so they would be open for a free loan with a reduced buy option next year. Plus its not like Tevez has flopped at City, he has a tremendous goal scoring record with them.
man city are in no need o money, they do not need 2 sell or loan out for free. plus PSG, Malaga or Anzhi. would love 2 get hands on a player like tevez, and have lots of money
wrong i read an article about city that said that they need to sell 20 of their players because of the wages. they have 1,8 billions in wage every year
We need a left back ASAP. I dont know what happens to Taiwo. It seems that he is so bad that Antonini is selected instead of him by Allegri. Maybe it is time to call Didac back.
how about sharawwy,.. He need an opportunities, n cassano gave him.
Come on, trust him. Mr. Allegri.
Forza milan.!
FFP (financial fair play) is realy good for us cause we have galliani :D
i love you galliani
mssttww.all dis transfer trash.i hope we sign d right players
We do not need a left back. We should sign Tevez and Eriksen. End of story.
Wait, Giancarlo, you want Tevez AND eriksen?
I’m not so sure as on how City or Ajax will want to sell either of them on free loans?
They are both cup tied…
I say we get a young brazilian midfielder who can run and Tevez if we persuade City….It’s just been reported that Milan has an agreement with Lopez if other deals fall through
I don’t care. Cup tied or not. We need to focus on the domestic league. We don’t need some overpriced Brazilian midfielder. I like Casemiro, for example, but even he is so expensive. If you think we can’t get Eriksen on a free loan, then what makes you think that we will get a Brazilian midfielder for cheap or on a free loan? You’re out of your mind once again.
Well there was something bout Paulinho on loan… Would be great instead of a striker… No Tevez please!
And other thing gio, we’re not signing Lopez. Gar*bage player that isn’t Milan quality. Tevez is the one most likely to join because City has to get rid of him. They’ll just do what they did to Adebayor. Open your eyes.
So was Ricardo Oliveira yet we signed him *rollseyes*
Oh go grow up! Another snarky comment from you.
I wouldn’t rule out Tevez move to Milan. even if he’s a striker, it’s still worth if we get him (of course with terms that Galliani stated).
but I would prefer the come of a creative midfielder (one of Ganso or Eriksen), rather than a striker, even we have to spend some money. because it would worth for another 10 years.
Maxi lopez oh my God,if this happen i will be very pissed, imagine Tevez playing along side Ibra. These two can easily bag the Scudetto. We need quality not quantity,Maxi Lopez sucks he will be waste of space.
We can tame him just like Ibra and Cassano,if Juve or Inter get hold of him we are in big trouble.
Goal.com says Milan had agreed with Catania over Maxi Lopez, another mediocre player what is happening?
Maxi Lopez is not a Milan standard please get Tevez
How many goals did Maxi Lopez scored at Barca? How many goals has he scored this season?Does he get a starting role at Catania?I thought Galliani was looking for Cassano’s replacement not just any player….if this is the case then Kingsly Boateng can replace Cassano….everything good come with a price.
we want merkel….we want merkel….bring back merkel…bring back merkel….
ajax are going to the round of 16 of CL..I doubt they sell Eriksen.
Let 4get maxi lopez n go 4 d right guy, which is tevez n bring back merkel alng wit didac vila
Just read an article on goal.com that claims El sharaawy’s agent says its possible for Stephan el sharaawy to leave milan in january due to lack of playing time.I pray this doesn’t happen.
remember 2 seasons ago when a arab wanted to by milan? Y didnt berlusconi sell? He could of nogotiated 4 a position on the board or because he loves milan so much y didnt he sell so that they could prosper, we cant be cheap 4ever.
Oh is that so? Berlusconi has made many investments in this team, including getting players like Ibra and Robinho. Who is being cheap? Why should we sell to Arabs who don’t care for our identi*ty?
My Dream is for Milan to win the league again, and make it to the semis in the CL, aswell as getting a proper trequartista (i.e. Eriksen, or even Oscar) and for Taiwo to emerge as a great left-back.
nainggolan!!! alone to cover MVB
