RECENTLY rumors started to come out that Roma wants to swap Marco Borriello for Cassano.
Roma has been said to be interested in Antonio Cassano, but would like to do a swap by offering former Milan striker Marco Borriello.
Roma has come out to deny these rumors. They have never even talked to Milan of any offer. The rumor came to be from an alleged phone conversation between Cassano and Roma captain Francesco Totti.

Galliani has now denied the rumor of any deal between Roma for Cassano. “We have never proposed an exchange with Roma – Galliani made it clear – /’I have read about these phantom calls. Cassano signed with Roma when he was 19 and spent a good time scoring 39 goals in 118 appearances before being sold to Real Madrid in 2006. Galliani recently commented that they would like to keep the Jewel of Bari, and would only sell him if he himself would ask of it.
