GANSO wants Milan and his agent will meet the club again in a few weeks.
Paulo Henrique Ganso’s Copa America journey is over after Brazil missed four (!) penalties against Paraguay on Sunday and now he’s all set to decide his future as it’s either to move to Europe or stay.
The man who takes care of Italian sides’ interest in Ganso, Dario Paolillo reveals talks with Milan over a possible transfer will continue soon and the player is not interested in Leonardo’s Paris Saint-Germain.

I disagreee. Let him play with Ibrahimovic, Pato, Robinho, Cassano, Inzaghi, and our midfilders. He need to feel european club football to help us in the CL.
For me, if we get him in january (and Montolivo now), then we have the chance to win CL 2012-2013. If we get both of them now, then we can win in 2011-12.

I would doubt that but anything’s possible in the world of football. Anyway, I’m sick of hearing this bullshit week in week out. If we’re going to sign him, then sign him. I’m starting to think… lets go get Pastore instead. I like Ganso, but Zamparini seems more and more willing to sell to another Italian team. Recently there were reports that said Pastore wanted to remain in Italy.

Um we rarely even try to buy them? And the last one we had we should have bought… Crespo anyone? There was also Grimi I think. But Pastore is far different. Come on now. There isn’t a bad history there.
Crespo was a far more established player at the time than Pastore, to be fair..
I again, guess I have to go back to the question of who would you prefer Pastore or Ganso. I’m not ready to jump off the Ganso-wagon yet, but I have to admit if Pastore came, I would be just as happy.
But I think PAstore is a special player. Milan doesn’t have a long history of having Argentine players, because we tended to move towards Brazilians. I’m just looking at who is more practical. I’ll be happy with either player, and I think either could be a success at Milan.
It’s exciting to have more than one good option for a position. Especially when multiple players want to join the squad.

I think if their price is quite similar, we should go for Pastore. Both of them have a great talent, no doubt but for some reasons Pastore has a lil’ bit advantages than Ganso.
They each have their own advantage, Ganso would most likely gel better with binho and pato since they are all brazilian and play together for national team while Pastore has more pace and reminds me Kaka more than Ganso
I would personally prefer Pastore since hes proved himself in Seria a and would be less of a gamble then Ganso. Plus he doesnt get injured as much
Personally i don’t like Argentinian players in Milan (most of them are flops), but i still remember the Scudetto 1999 is building on Guly’s great performance, especially the opening goal in the last (and decisive) game against Perugia which Milan won 2-1 and won the title by 1 points ahead Lazio.
So i would welcome Pastore to Milan no doubt.
I dont think ganso will come before Club world cup match..it would be his dreams to win that trophy..after their hard working to reach that moment, it wont be easy to let go just like that..milan still can win UCL 2012 without him..

I wasn’t saying Grimi was a success. He did flop. Crespo was a success despite not being at Milan for long.
I totally agree on the Crespo thing. Looking back on the night that must not be named, he was on a hat-trick if Carlo had kept him on the field. There aren’t many strikers out there that can say they scored twice in a Champions League final and ended up on the losing side. We’ve been linked with Hernanes before he joined Lazio, but never since. He was awesome in the first half of the season in Roma, then kinda faded away (even though remained pretty decent). Him coming to Milan is highly unlikely….About Ganso – my personal opinion is that during Copa America he was just not focused, because he was pretty distracted by the transfer rumours and his mind was already floating somewhere far away from the pitch.

Um not exactly. Jadson isn’t that special of a player… even though he has played in Europe. I would prefer a younger player who has more years to offer Milan. We already have Robinho who is 27 and in his prime.

I would prefer Ganso because he would be cheaper and I think Pastore and Ganso are at similar skill-levels. The only thing better about Pastore is that he has experience in Serie A…I think Ganso would be better because there are alot of BRA’s in Milan, and they all want him to come to Milan.
