MILAN already had an agreement with Santos for Danilo, but they didn’t do it.
According to the online portal of the newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan had an agreement in place with Santos for Danilo Luiz da Silva (better known as just Danilo), but decided not to go for him.
The player had a fantastic season with the Brazilian club, establishing himself as an important part of Santos; he scored the winning goal in the Copa Libertadores final which brought Santos the title after 48 years.

Danilo, who can play on the right of the defense and the midfield, is now pursued by many clubs and Milan’s January bid for him (€6 million according to the report) would not be enough to sign the 19-year-old.
Adriano Galliani said this week he “really liked” the way Danilo, and his team-mate and long-term Milan target Paulo Henrique Ganso played in the Libertadores final against Penarol in which they won 2-1.

Non eu again
Plz just sîgn ganso 4 us, our squad wll be
Abate_ T s- mexes – taiwo
bvm-el sharaawy-emanuels ganso
Pato ibra
Abate is good enough…
i dont get it. if we have no free non-EU slots then how could we have agreed 2 sign him?????????????
Would you please read the article? Milan HAD an agreement with Santos over him in January… before they signed Taiwo so they had a free slot for a non-EU player. But, they gave up on him in the end.
oops. my bad.
We can sign him later…nw 1st priority is Ganso
Who needs Danillo when we have Abate?
We can still get him by january, he will give abate a run 4 his money. But let’s concentrate on bringing Ganso 1st b4 tinking of sum1 else.
do u think that Abate could play every single match[about 50 matches].we need back up for his place too.Zambo is too slow.
Get him in january
Why would we sign Danilo, when we have Seedorf,Ambrosini, and Gattuso!!!!!
Bureaucratic problems (EU status). Thank you FIGC for screwing us over again.
And yes, I think Abate can play 50 matches. Many professional young players do it.
ROssonero23, grow up. You know the reason why we can’t sign Danilo. DOn’t be so dense.
But Danilo can play in midfield, like he did in the second match against Penarol…
I forgot, in order to play in Meelan’s midfield, you have to be at least 30 years old and past your best.
haha
But we can’t sign him because of the rules. Get over it.
And 30 years old? Like Boateng or Flamini? Oh wait… another hole in your stupid arguments.
Part of the three man midfield, G.
Boateng is our World class CAM!!!
Flamini’s a bench warming thug!
