SEYDOU KEITA is apparently a target of Milan.
According to reports in Spain (fichajes.net) and Italy (il Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport), the Rossoneri have put their eyes on FC Barcelona midfielder Seydou Keita, who turned 31 in January.
The versatile midfielder, who holds a French passport, seems to be willing to move out of Barca after three years since moving there from Sevilla, as he’s looking some first-team football.
Report: Milan want Astori back
Cassano to say goodbye?
However, not all the directors in via Turati are convinced that Keita is the kind of playing this Milan need. Apart from his quality, the age is an important factor for Milan who are working for rejuvenation.
It’s unlikely that Keita will be playing at Milan next season, but keep his name in mind.
no.shikena.
do they want to make the squad younger or older
The key is “turns 31” while just to compare Strasser turns 21! Milan Has Gattuso 33 Ambrosini 34 Seedorf 35 v Bommel 34 in their midfield and all of their contract have been extended so unless one of them leaves there is absolutely no room for Keita!
He’s a good player, but a tad bit over the hill. The article basically contradicts itself. We’re not looking for a 31 year old player. If he was 4 years younger maybe. Too bad really. If he was younger, I think he would have been a good player to get.
I think Lass diarra is very better for DMF
I think I’m better thn him….but its just my opinion
don’t get him. He is not good. No.
31…………who the hell wrote this unreliable article?
This is just a pure romour. Milan is renewing it self and definitly not by getting old players like Keita.
wake up milan we want to build young football team not a OLD AGE HOME
dude chill out, its a rumor, not true, so dont blame milan for anything
Noooooooooooo
Stop responding to these rumors like they are serious. If I did that I would be in the emergency room with a heart attack.
RUMORS, PEOPLE. RUMORS!
Lol say no if you want but no need to bash keita! He’s a pretty good player but just old..
Bad rumour!! I was scared for a moment there! Our Midfield doesnt need any more ‘average non-creative’ players
NOOOO WAY!!!
I GOT SOME AMAZING NEWS! DIGAO IS FINALLY GONE!!! NOW MILAN HAS ANOTHER EU-SPOT!! two great things in one day.. best saturday this year :P
oh and for those who dont really know about digao.. hes kaka’s brother and he plays worse than bonera!
RODFLMFAO!!! He’s a good player but it’s just a rumour
I love signing Seydou Keita in my FIFA 11 teams
this transfer is possible beacause is strong kis height is 1,83 this allegri wanted and he is left midfilder with left foot everything is perfect and is not too old 31 is not too much
He is not needed due to his advanced age. We also do not need a defensive mid right now.
How about Juan Manuel Vargas[fiorentina]
