AC MILAN have cooled their interested in the player as their €16 million bid has been reportedly rejected.
Reports suggested yesterday that Milan’s main transfer targets are Hulk, Kevin Constant and Paulo Henrique Ganso, but according to today’s La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan have cooled their interest in Hulk.
The Milan-based newspaper reveals that Milan have made a €16 million for the prolific striker, but Porto decided to reject this bid as they are waiting for a better offer from Carlo Ancelotti’s Chelsea.

Milan said are keen to sign another target man as an alternative to Zlatan Ibrahimovic as Alexandre Pato, Robinho and Antonio Cassano are all suited as second-strikers while Pippo Inzaghi isn’t getting younger.
The 25-year-old Brazilian is not the only Milan target from the newly Portuguese Liga champions, as Milan are also interested in Radamel Falcao (25, Colombian striker) and Fernando (23, Brazilian midfielder).

for God’s sake why will milan spend so on this player? its even rejected please we dont need a striker we have Pato, Berreta, Verdi. We need midfielders and defenders. Please if all our midfielders leave, who will be the next captain?

I think this is mere paper talk. Don’t believe everything you read. Some of you need to relax and stop taking everything you read so seriously. I don’t believe Milan ever placed a bid for him.
Hulk is severely overpriced. I told you. He’s 20-25 million minimum.
We don’t need to be spending ANYTHING on strikers. Zero. We need to focus on midfield and defense ONLY.
Does Hulk want to come to Milan? (could help facilitate the move) I wouldn’t care if he wanted another specific club but only if he was all “Ooh Milan milan, love Milan, milan is in my heart” like a certain someone … ahem-balotelli …

I read some days ago that Jonathas, who is on a loan from AZ Alkmaar to Brescia, will join Milan next season. He is called “the brazilian Ibra”.

Milan should get Marchetti and Taiwo as leftback if he get France passaport and Mario Fernandes as right back and he could also play as center back. In midfield Milan should get Ricardo Montolivo if Andrea Pirlo leavs. And if Gatusso and Ambrossini leavs Milan should get Moussa Sissoko or Andrea Poli or Marco Parolo. I don’t think we should be giving up Cassano for anything right now. and Montolivo could come for around 10 million… so shouldn’t be a problem. But we really don’t need Hulk. He’s not Milan material and hes greatly overpriced.
Why would we need a right back? Abate is better than Fernandes.

milan need to identify what players they really need. is it a striker, AM, DM or full back? maybe guiseppe rossi is too small for a target man as milan want to have big guy like ibra. if the idea of promoting beretta or verdi is rejected, milan can make a bid for adebayor or dzeko. but i think they are valued more than €16mn. i prefer to strengthen the midfield by signing a creative AM who can play as a winger. i propose eden hazard. he is young and talented. pato+hazard+silva+sakho…wow…i am dreaming haha. but i believe those guys… Read more »
