CLARENCE SEEDORF has attracted interest from the Premier League.
AC Milan midfielder Seedorf has a contract expiring this summer and Milan haven’t offered him an extension yet, and some clubs around the world are interested in signing the Dutchman.
According to The Daily Mail, Manchester City and former Inter Milan Boss Roberto Mancini would be keen to bring Seedorf to Eastlands and preliminary talks have already been held.
Berlusconi: ‘If we win the Scudetto, two champions will arrive – Cristiano Ronaldo could be one of them’
Fiorentina 1 – 2 Milan
“I am hearing rumours,” Seedorf said. “But I am awaiting an offer from Milan as there are some concrete offers on the table from Brazil and other clubs. But I firstly think about the Scudetto before my future.”
It is believed that Mancini would make a move for the 35-year-old midfielder only if his side finish in the top four in the Premier League and qualify to next year’s Champions League edition.
The four-time UCL winner has also attracted interest from Corinthians and Galatasaray. AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi said yesterday that he hopes Seedorf stays at the club.
I’m hearing he wants to go to Brazil. His wife is Brazilian too (if you didn’t know). And Ronaldo was trying to get him to go to Corinthians. I don’t think Seedorf will stay at Milan. I think he’s playing his last games with us.
Don’t know why he would go to England.
be sad to see him go.
Agree with Giancarlo, he also goes to Brazil every summer. I hope he stays with for one more season.
be sad to see him leave? are you kidding?
Don’t get me wrong he played these past games really good but he can’t go on playing good he is old and we gotta face the facts.
i would love to see him stay as one of the Milan staff or a recruiter.
i hope he stays for one more season
give man city seedorf and £10m for balotelli!! :D ….. LOL
l’d rather have Seedorf as scout or management than a player..YES l watched him against Inter and Fiorentina but lets not forget the games he fkd up da whole season..He is 35yrs old its time to get young blood..aint u tired of people calling our Milan”old people’s home”?
