JOSE ENRIQUE will join AC Milan in the summer according to rumours in England.

Milan have found the man who will solve their problems on the left side of the defense and the English press reports that the sides are talking.

There are talks about Aly Cissokho (23, Lyon) and Taye Taiwo (26, OM) but The People suggests it will be Jose Enrique Sanchez of Newcastle United.

Enrique’s agents have entered into negotiations with Milan and the player has shown interest in moving to Italy after almost four years in England.

The 25-year-old Spanish left-back has been very impressive this season with the St James’ Park outfit and attracted interest from top clubs.

Enrique’s price would be around £10 million. His contract expiring in June 2012 but according to the magazine he would join Milan in few months.

I personally would prefer Taye Taiwo

makAveli

its hard to be enthusiastic abt our possible new signings since we only seem to bench them and make stupid excuses that they are not strong enough.on a lighter note,i thought we will opt for taiwo who will be a free agent this summer

kaskus

oops,,another ‘amazing’ transfer again after didac if it would be..
i think that both of didac or jose are signing due to make criscito’s transfer realize,,hope so.. LOL

Louis

Don’t mind, would prefer Cissokho or Criscito … And he’s not as versatile as Ramos – by the way can someone enlighten men – Does Ramos want Milan move?

Giancarlo

No, we’re not signing Criscito. And this is a report from England. I don’t see any mention of Jose Enrique in the Italian press… except through this English journal. I don’t believe it.

nick

Ok, Here we go again with the transfer rumors. First it was Coates, then Criscito, then David Luiz, then Sakho, then Leighton Baines, then Zabaleta, then Cissokho, then Sergio Ramos, then Taiwo, then Cassani, and now its Jose Enrique. If anyone is keeping count Milan have linked with almost every wingback! So, My guess is Milan will renew Jankulowski and Antonini’s contract as well bring Maldini out of retirement. Milan will aslo renew Seedorf and Gattuso’s contract and sell Pato for Mario Balotelli on loan.(Scary!). That will be or transfer campaign for next season. lol! I’m curious to see what will really… Read more »

Giancarlo

Nick, no. We’re not going to renew Jankulovski. He has said he’s going back to the Czech Republic to play his last year or so… then retire. Antonini won’t get a renewal either.

I love it how people simply ignore all the players we signed the last year. I guess it suits their agenda.

Seedorf is gone and Gattuso could potentially leave for a new team this summer.

No, that won’t be our transfer campaign next season. I’ve seen you post some questionable things, but that’s just downright silly.

Dev, Bombay

I don’t believe any news from Rossoneriblog.com : it is all rumors, best is follow milannews.it : they give you quick news about Milan than any other side even goal.com/en …
Does any1 knows if Pirlo will return for White Hart Lane he was subdued 6 weeks recovery 3.5 weeks over : aint an early recovery on pirlos card for Spurs … I want him at Spurs !!!

Giancarlo

Right on Dev. Milannews is fantastic… they give the latest and they don’t add usually don’t add filler. I’m not sure about Pirlo… I don’t think so unfortunately.

Rossoneri

he is not good
i prefer cristito

jomama

Personally I’ve been following Criscito and he’s very overrated. For me I would most like to see Cissokho but if not him then Taiwo or Enrique.

nick

@Giancarlo….Let me guess.. you must be Mr Galliani or are you on Milan’s board of directors? If NOT then do me a favor and shut the F@#% UP! Who the hell do you think you are commenting on other people’s post? Secondly did I ask you for your stupid opinion? I notice lately you have just taken it upon yourself to comment on everything on this site and correcting others as if you know it all! Dude shut F@## up for once. I’m really annoyed with comments! For your info my post on this article was sarcastic because Milan have… Read more »

ha ha ha…nice one nick..way to stand up for yourself…
@giancarlo
he was just joking abt the renewals and didnt need u to make corrections like u are part of the milan management…he is absolutely right..we have been linked with literally every player in the world and yet we always fail to sign them..later when they become top class, galliani then says we could have signed him.(bale)and whats the big deal if this news is only in england.is newcastle not in england?

Kourosh

It’s just another diversion. I believe the real target will remain Taiwo who is a free agent come next summer.

This is Galliani’s trademark negotiation technique.

Michael

Jose Enrique is good but i’d much rather Cissokho. I just feel Cissokho is better. I watch a lot of EPL/Newcastle games, Enrique has only been good because he links up with Gutierrez really good while at Milan he won’t get that chemistry. I’d rather cissokho

Ajibola

Jose Enrique is by far our best option. This is a player that has been watched by Alex Ferguson himself against Fulham bcos he wanted to sign him (b4 Evra extended his contract). Kevin Keegan of Liverpool has got an eye for very good players too and he was convincing Liverpool to sign him but unfotunately their bid was 6M during d January transfer window which is less than 6.3M Newcastle paid to get him from Vilareal yrs back. This dude has got great skills and quality and his age is really good (not too young and not too old),… Read more »

i think and i would like to see taye taiwo, not jose enrique not other player,, taiwo is strongth, fast, and desequilibrante taiwo is the 1 choice to the left band

Giancarlo

I am allowed to criticize right? Or do I ask for your stupid response, nick? I don’t work with Galliani or anything, not anymore then you do… I do however follow the Italian news to a great degree.

If you don’t like what others say, then don’t post comments on here. This is an open place for everyone to express their opinion. Seriously get the stick out your @$$.

And I still think we really are in for Taiwo at any rate. He’d be a free transfer…

nick

@Giancarlo….You say “This is an open place for everyone to express their opinion.” So, why the hell do feel you have to ciritcize others comments? Dont we all have the right to express ourselves without some know it all trying to correct everybody? You’re the one with the stick up a@# since you feel the need to not only post your comment but also criticize everyone else’s. You need to take your own advise! My comment about Milan renewal of Jankulowski and Antonini’s contract and bringing back Maldini from retirement was meant to be a joke but here you come… Read more »

@nick, you could come on here and say that turkey sandwiches are your favorite and he will argue with you that salami is better and cheaper.

nick

@Zac and makAveli…yeah, i know. I’m just really annoyed by this guy. He always have something to say about everyone’s post! Like anyone asked or cares about his opinion!

Giancarlo, if the comment was so retarded, there was no need to waste your energy and comment back responding. You really do need to stop trying to impose your opinion on others though. I’ve argued with you before, as you use the same username across multiple sites, and it was one pain in the ass. Once people disagree with you, you claim they think they know it all, but in reality, its the opposite.

You have great points, but please, disagree with others respectably and stop imposing your own opinion on others. Thank you.

Milanista

But I do agree with you to an extent though, some people here are very shallow. But I’ve learned to ignore their comments, only reading and responding to logical comments. It was ten times worse at one point.

Giancarlo

I’m frankly allowed to criticize. I’ve seen many others criticize each other, so am I somehow prevented from doing that? You post something it’s fair game to criticism. I’ve accepted this of my own comments.

And the only one with verbal diarrhea here is you, Nick.

I’m not imposing anything on anyone. You post something, it’s fair game. I don’t expect anyone to accept what I say. Which is fine by me. Milanista, I think i’ve argued with you before… I think you need to practice what you preach for a change.

IbraPeta

Am a Nigerian, and Taiwo for me is not a Milan material (I can bet his real age is not 25). Let’s cut dis cheap/free transfer shit and start spending some money. Get Crisito or Sissoko for us fans. U feel me???

Giancarlo

I’ve seen Taiwo play before for Marseille (yes he is 25), and yes he is quality.

Student

GUESS I CAN JOIN IN TOO…
These Guys like GIANCARLO & MASTER dont know anything about football, they frequently watch Mens Volleyball, They act like they are very smart and poke their nose in every argument that comes up here.
This is opinionated and everyone here express what they feel about based on what they see. Carlo & Master can only say :
MILAN IS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL CLUB IN THE WORLD and something like FORZA MILAN, other than this they know nothing else…

Milan

@Giancarlo I agree with most of your comments but man you are commenting on almost everyones stuff.

ben

@nick

you forgot favalli, he’s coming back too

Giancarlo

Sorry. I’ll stop. I do know my stuff, student. So unless that’s a weak joke, back off.

rossonero23

This place is a circus. Reminds me of a certain website…

Milanista

Btw Giancarlo, don’t bother with Student. He’s the dumbass I’m talking about. When Dinho was here, he has his username as Ronnie2009 and stuck up to him even though he was a horror show this year. After he left, he said good riddance and changes his username. Wtf?

Anyways, I haven’t really been commenting anymore because the quality of the comments are horrible. They used to be great when the site first came out too, but everybody pretty much left once Ibra, Binho, etc was signed because a bunch of fanboys came flushing in.

Giancarlo

Hahaha… A dinho fan boy. We sold Dinho for like 3 million Euros because he was so useless. He’s not even making a great impact in Brazil for his team there. I’ve been following him.

Yes, student is a hit and run troll. He posts one comment then disappears.

I’m to the point and direct. I’m a “no-nonsense” talker. People don’t like to hear it.

rossonero23

Extremely biased points…xD

Dami

Pls guys, if u a true milan fan u wldn’t b cursing here no matter how annoying any1 comment can b….I blve dis a good avenue 4 us 2 b objective in our comment n analysis. Perhaps, I’d prefer Taiwo bcos of his qualities- freekicks, crosses, penalty, pace etc but I think we really need a GOOd centre back cos Nesta is damn slow n has been caught out couple of times. Almost, we need a RB as a cover 4 Abate. Finally, we blve we must sign @least 6 players during d summer (3 must b defenders) cos some players… Read more »

Giancarlo

Hold your horses. We shouldn’t kick out Nesta. He’ll be important. And Van Bommel… I would actually offer him a contract extension. He’s still world class. But yes, Seedorf, Oddo, Janku, Ambro should leave.

osas

I love milan so much and would want 2 see them return 2 d good days. As fans we need 2 be careful. We cannot afford 2 sign a flop. Milan should sign 2 full backs. A full back dat can adapt also as a centre back and a complete full back. Crishito n Chissoco r d best option.
