Dzeko and Cissokho have been marked in the same time, about two weeks after Kaka moved to Real Madrid in breaking deal of €65m. This income, made AC Milan available to buy new players. This summer transfer market dedicated to young players, such as Dzeko from Wolfsburg and Cissokho from Porto.
Few weeks ago, Cissokho was very close to sign at the Rossoneri and it was very close to be official, even Adriano Gallaini said this sign is great in he will be good. But then, after everything been agreed including the transfer fee, Cissokho made medical and failed for a problem his teeth, which eventually, been found as easily to be fixed. The teeth thing was the first thing, then, Milan found the transfer fee hard to be paid and they wanted to make the things little more cheep with him by pay only €12m instead the €15m, which was the initial agreement. Porto said NO, but the agent of the 21-years-old-defender has said that the deal is on the air again, but there is still this matter of decide the fee of the player with Porto. The vice president of AC Milan put an offer to the Portuguese club: they except the €12m that Milan were offering or the Rossoneri quite from the race of buying him. Afterwards, Milan offered also a loan deal on the Frenchman, which says he will be a Rossonero for one year with an option to be buying by Milan if they will decide so. This offer been rejected by them. Yesterday, it seemed like everything is going to be fix in Aly Cissokho move to Milan as the reports been telling that Milan and Porto have reached an agreement. Milan have won the struggle and will apparently pay only €10m for the central defender. An official announcement could arrive at the start of next week, but still, nothing is official until the last moment.
With Edin Dzeko, the things are as complicated as Cissokho deal, but it is not as clear as it. Dzeko, who wants to play for Milan next year, is seeing not allow to do so, as his club – Wolfsburg do not let him to leave. Milan are super interesting at the striker, once they said they may drop the interest from him but it have not happen until now. Reports told about a meeting between AC Milan and Wolfsburg in the last days, but the Wolfs transfer consultant insists that ‘there is no meeting with Milan planned between now [Friday] and Monday’. The reports told that il Diavolo were suppose to fly to Germany and meet Wolfsburg’s representatives to decide together, what is the future of the 23-years-old talent. Dzeko should be great someday and Milan want to make him do it when he wears only Black & Red. Vice president Adriano Galliani is very optimistic about the process. Gallaini confirms that he talking to Wolfsburg and believe this move is very possible to be happen. New coach Leonardo wants Dzeko and ‘like him’ as he said. Gallaini and Leonardo think the transfer might be occurring but they have to receive an answer for the German club. Well, the answer came to Milan’s hands today, few hours ago. The answer is unequivocal – NO! Wolfsburg will not sell Dzeko next year. The Bosnian is just getting far more and more from Italian future as he helped to do so by his coach Armin Veh, who said his intentions were to keep him. Yesterday, also the agent of the striker claimed that he wants to see his client at Milan next year but the coach words, ruined everyone hopes for the player.
Milan did not complete even one signing this summer, but one of them Dzeko or Cissokho is likely to sign there for season 09/10. Until then, Milan should start to negotiate very hard.
