SOKRATIS PAPASTATHOPOULOS will not leave the club in January, says his agent.
The Greek defender has been linked with a return to Genoa after finding very limited time with the Rossoneri since he arrived in the summer.
However, Sokratis’ agent, Antonios Apostolopoulos suggests that the club has no intention of selling the 22-year-old in this transfer window.
Galliani: ‘Merkel and Strasser will not move’
Criscito, Ziegler, Montelongo – Update
“A return to Genoa? I’m not aware of that,” he said. “As far as I know there has been no contact with the Rossoblu. Milan have had requests from three clubs but they don’t want to sell him.”
Papa joined the Rossoneri on an exchange deal – Nnamdi Oduamadi, Rodney Strasser and Gianmarco Zigoni have been sold to Genoa on co-ownership deal, but only Zigoni moved there.

Sokratis is a talented young player but he needs more time to play. If Allegri don’t like him play as CB, why don’t he try sokratis as a DFM. I saw him in that position before, and he’s good (marking Messi in WC 2010). I hope Allegri think about this, rather than wastin time to put slowdorf in the starting eleven.
Send Odu…they are in attack crisis…so he can play there…& send Papa as loan
slow and stupid player. just remember game against Napoli
sell papa and move albetraci to the first team
пи3дец not slow and not stupid!!he is very talented,he only needs some playing time give him a chance!he is only 22.he could develop to a very good defender!!!
Just cause he had one awful game people think he is not good. Allegri should try him in other positions. I think we should put him on DMF. Just give him a chance for god sake!
Ei SOKRATIS WILL BE THE BEST DEfENDER ON THE WORLD BECAUSE LEARN FROM NESTA
I’ve always hoped for him. He just needs time. I hope he can make that breakthrough he needs. Enough of Bonera. Sokratis deserves a real chance. I mean Abate made some errors when he started playing for us, but we kept giving him opportunities… then he grew into a solid consistent player. Why not for Sokratis?
Sokratis is a talented player. He is young, strong, and calm.
