Yunus Musah will soon be a player of Milan, according to a report by Relevo.
After announcing their 7th signing of the summer yesterday with Samuel Chukwueze coming from Villarreal, Milan continue to move on the market and are apparently close to finalizing Musah.
The name of the American has been on the list of the Diavolo the entire summer and the Milan management has been playing the waiting game with Valencia.
As reported on Friday afternoon by the reliable Nacho Sanchis Matteo Moretto and Nacho Sanchis of the Spanish Relevo, Musah is now ‘one step away’ from the Rossoneri. CEO Giorgio Furlani returned early from the United States tour to work on the mercato and in the last hours Milan and Valencia spoke in order to try to find the best solution.
Milan want Musah and Musah only wants Milan, so much that he and his agents have put a lot of pressure on Valencia in the last days to lower their demands and let the midfielder join the Diavolo.

Relevo claims that Milan are ready to increase their previous offer (€18 million including bonuses) and reach the €20 million needed to seal the transfer. Valencia initially demanded €25 million but the waiting game of Milan paid off and the demands were lowered. The first offer of Milan was €12 million but they have agreed to go up to €20 million, bonuses included.
What allows Milan to increase their offer, Relevo reports, is the sale of Ante Rebić to Beşiktaş. The money that will be collected from the transfer, and the savings on his striker’s salary, gives the Diavolo the option to push harder for the 20-year-old Musah and complete the transfer.
It is still not a done deal between Milan and Valencia but the feeling is that everything can be agreed in this weekend. Musah has an Italian passport so he wouldn’t count as a non-EU signing.
