Tijjani Reijnders is a concrete target for Milan and they will continue talking with Alkmaar after the weekend.

After signing Marco Sportiello, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Luka Romero, and securing Christian Pulisic, Milan are now looking to close the deal for another midfielder – Tijjani Reijnders.

The Rossoneri have been linked with the Dutchman for a few weeks now, and they believe that he can be a valuable addition to the squad of Stefano Pioli.

As reported by Milannews.it last night, Milan have very strong interest in the 24-year-old and are willing to make a new bid for the player. Fabrizio Romano reports today that the Rossoneri already had one bid, of €15m plus €4m of bonuses, but it got rejected. However, they will raise the offer.

Tijjani, meanwhile, did not take part in AZ’s first training match of pre-season today and instead did individual work. Romano claims that talks will continue next week, with the Diavolo management keen on bringing Reijnders to Italy.

RLC and Reijnders hardly come close to replace Tonali. Nothing special here.

zahid hossain

Selling Tonali was sad for every Milan fans but it was a brilliant n tough decision taken by the authority, now we r getting atleast 4/5 s good players who have already proven themselves in top level. Our starting 11 will be more lethal than past
