Alexis Saelemaekers is replacing Suso at Milan, he will sign with the Diavolo on Deadline Day.
Milan yesterday sent Suso to Sevilla on an 18-month loan with option to buy, which can become an obligation once certain objectives and conditions are met.
The Rossoneri have decided to replace the Spaniard with a 20-year-old Belgian: Alexis Saelemaekers from Anderlecht, who scored 2 goals in 59 appearances.
Saelemaekers can play all across the right side, he’s capable of playing as a winger, midfielder and even defender. According to Milannews.it, the formula should be a loan with an option to buy, which can become an obligation, for a total amount of €7-8m. Tomorrow he’ll be in town for the medical.
The transfer window shuts on Friday at 20:00 CET. In addition to Saelemaekers, Milan could also sign a left back. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, however, there are no more talks for Matías Viña.
I hope he is a good signing. I am indifferent about the sale of Peitek but I hope its all for good. I keep my fingers crossed and hope that there will be a new owner and a new fortune for our beloved club.

I think qualification into Europa League is enough for the management to throw in some money to make big signings happen this summer. With all the sales and salary saved, FFP will be less of a problem honestly. 80 million saved plus another 80 million investedment from the owners – 150-160 Million and we can surely get 2-3 quality champions into the squad to build up on the current one. #1. He isn’t better than Suso #2. Castillejo is undoubtedly Suso’s replacement and everyone knows, especially after his brace vs Torino, Hakan will occupy the other wing. From what Anderlecht fans have told me they dont rate him at all in fact they were hoping that he would be sold atleist its just an option to buy… Its clear to me that Milan will not sign anybody they are just cleaning up in this transferwindow by selling and getting players on loan it seems that Milan are planning quite a big transfer market in the summer

It’s a smart investment to not buy these nobody players anymore. Just get them on loan until the end of the season. From the looks of it they are going to sell the club again. I personally like him a lot. What people don’t realize is that he is 2 footed and can play on either side of the field, lw,rw, lm, rm, cam. Very technically gifted and he is a decent passer with a lot of potential. Also we need to promote Luan Capanni, Brescianini, and Pobega when he comes back from loan

This provides us with depth on the right side especially since Castilejo is the on fire but could get tired or suspended.

I don’t know too much about this kid, but a Belgium U21 international can’t be that bad; YouTube shows he has some skills, and can use both feet. Overall this seems like a good deal considering the price, but yeah – at some point we’re going to have to sign some real quality instead of just potential.
