Franco Baresi has spoken ahead of the Derby, saying it’s hard to pick the one he remembers the most.
The first Derby della Madonnina of the season will take place on Saturday evening at San Siro (20:45 CEST kickoff).
Inter are coming off three wins and they’re in first place in Serie A, while Milan have won two of their first three matches but appear to be struggling so far.
“I have experienced so many derbies and I have been lucky also to experience beautiful moments,” legend Franco Baresi told MilanTV. “The derby is always a special game, there is great expectation… there’s the tifo of the fans. Surely you live in a different way in Milano that week.
“The derby that I remember the most? It’s hard to pick one, you always remember those won. In 1984 we won thanks to Mark Hateley’s goal and it was good because we weren’t favorites and no one was expecting we could do it. And then in the first year of Sacchi, in which the Milan who made history was born; we won the 1988 derby 2-0 and we showed the Milan that was being born.
“The importance of the fans? My relationship with the fans has always been good, they’ve welcomed me very well since my debut. San Siro will be filled as usual for the derby, there will be great heat. The fans are important with their encouragement, especially in difficult times and in these games.
“If I had some superstitious rituals? I was not superstitious and I didn’t do superstitious gestures. Apart from sitting in my usual both place both on the bus from Milanello to San Siro and in the locker room, I had no superstitious rituals on the pitch. I was concentrating on the match.”
Ac Milan coach I don’t care what is old fool hin m is BT mark my words come January he will b sack
Liar @Bobby. Come January, he will be topping the league table
Lolz, brother your daydreaming

if he is sack January that means we are not doing well then and the league position will be out of our reach and no UCL next season that I don’t want I can’t imagine Milan without UCL next season oo let’s hope things turn around and the coach finds it rythm and right formation to use.
Bluh bluh bluh. Too much talk and no results. We need someone who will tell the truth about this management and coach and players. They are all WORTHLESS!
