Milan are looking for a new Alessio Romagnoli partner and have identified Mateo Musacchio with whom they apparently already reached an agreement.
Cristian Zapata extended his contract until 2019 and Gabriel Paletta is returning from his loan but Milan are seeking for a new face to be Romagnoli’s main partner for next season after Alex left the club.
Di Marzio is reporting that Milan are working on signing Villarreal’s 25-year-old Mateo Musacchio and are willing to offer the Spanish club €18-20 million. The player has an exit clause although there is a bit of confusion over this clause as while Di Marzio writes that it’s a €25m clause, other sources have it at €30m (La Repubblica) and even €50m (Marca).
The Sky Italia journalist claims that Milan already have an agreement with the agent of the Argentine (but has an Italian passport). The alternative is Bayer’s Jonathan Tah (20) while Benatia is unlikely.

Our new coach Montella is going to play whit tree backline so we need to upgrade our central defense and Matteo Mucaccio from Villareal is very good option for our team! Juve want De Sciglio for Rugani.. i will say no to that… cuz De Sciglio is more versatile and a utility player than Rugani……. Leverkusen Tah is the right man, he plays like Thiago Silva and also young and good in the air… Enough all this reunion with old age fiorentina players being linked
This kind of OOT but I’m really afraid Milan will sell de Sciglio. I think it’s very likely that Milan will sell him. And it’s getting worse if it’s to Juve. He might be the vice-captain for Milan next season. He’s even the only one who deserves to be captain. I hope someone could tell Galliani not to sell de Sciglio.

I read that his agent said that we (Milan) have the upper hand, but we need to cough up the money, in which he is right about. Didnt know both of them came back to town together…. I hope they’ll conclude it asap, we need to act fast this market.

I never really trust a player after such a horrible injury. It’s not just that the leg won’t be the same, it’s also the fear that will stay with the player for the rest of his life and you bet he’s gonna go into some challenges half-hearted. We should try for Rugani. With Benatia signing for Juve he’s gonna want to leave and he can be bought for the right price. Musacchio is a good option for us to partner Romagnoli in our central defense! But Mustafi from Valencia is very good option also! If we are sending Mastour to loan on Zwolle in Holands league, then we must put some kind of buyback option on that loan deal, because he is still our best prospects and he still have Italian citysenship so we must not lose him for nearly nothing like we did on Saponara”s case and we lost him to Empoli for nearly nothing!
