TAYE TAIWO is just one of few players linked to be the new face of the defense of AC Milan.
AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani confirmed last week that Nelson Dida (36) and Giuseppe Favalli (38) will leave Milan and that Marco Storari (33) and Mario Yepes (34) will replace him. But, the project in defense is much more extended.
The return of Storari from the loan at Sampdoria is unsure, as Massimiliano Allegri, the new non-official Milan Boss, would like to bring Cagliari’s Federico Marchetti (27) with him to Milan – a thing that will block Storari’s return.
Paloschi – Future far from settled
Targets: Fabiano and Acquafresca
Changes will not only be made in goal. Allegri is said to ask for new fullbacks. AC Milan have done some research work and have targeted OM left-back Taye Taiwo (25) and Ajax right-back Gregory van der Wiel (22).
The Nigerian and the Dutch fullbacks are set to replace Marek Jankulovski (33) and Massimo Oddo (33), who are heading towards the exit door. Janku has been linked with few sides while Oddo is likely to return to Lazio.
Also Kakha Kaladze (32) will leave Milan this summer, and Genoa center back Salvatore Bocchetti (23) or Ezequiel Garay (23) of Real Madrid will come in the place of the experienced defender.
The face of the defense will be, should all the reports are to believe to, like this:
——————————-Marchetti / Abbiati——————————-

Wow I really wish this project will be done this summer! Taiwo is amazing. Bocchetti is great too. Forza Milan!
It’s good that we rid of the old players. But I know and you know, that we can’t afford all this
nice project
Watching van der Wiel playing now: Holland versus Hungary… HAHA
Taiwo is the best in his role. We need fast and strong fullbacks who can handle wingbacks like Maicon. Forza Milan!
Wish we sign them all and get rid of the all you mentioned
Good project…to bad there is no money to take it in action
Like these news, cuz I know it’s never 100% true
