AC MILAN are apparently set to take Man City’s offer and loan Tevez with an obligation to sign him.
Thursday’s meeting between Ariedo Braida and Manchester City, according to reports in Italy, made the English club accept the idea of Milan loaning the Argentine striker, but they want an obligation clause.
Milan’s position has always been the same: free loan with an option to sign the player, but according to today’s il Corriere dello Sport, il Diavolo are ready to “surrender” and accept City’s alleged ultimatum.
Allegri: “Nocerino is the symbol of Milan”
Buffon: “Milan have something more”
Braida and Adriano Galliani, who is a vacation in Brazil (some sources say he’s there to work), are in constant touch and the Rome-based newspaper says there is optimism in via Turati regarding the outcome of the negotiations. Milan have already agreed terms with Kia Joorabchian, the striker’s agent.
Milan’s sporting director Braida said Thursday’s meeting “went well” and the sides will meet again. It is believed that in the next meeting, Uncle Fester will be present. The priority is to close it before January 1.
Silvio Berlusconi has never been keen on the Argentine and claimed he is too expensive and not his type. Berlusconi anticipates the return of Antonio Cassano. The Italian forward cannot play football due to his heart condition, but will hold more tests somewhen in January to see when he can return to the pitch.

like it? :)
Nice!! Now we’ll surely win the Scudetto!
Oh good news! I like the idea that Tevez will be joining us and furthermore Galliani in Brazil sounds good! Tevez and another one or two players who could play from the start in UCL would be awesome but unlikely.
Anyway, merry christmas fellow AC Milan fans! FORZA ROSSONERI!
Exactly wer would trevez play ……….with Pato Robinho and Ibra thrs no place for a striker if he plays as AM wer would Prince play if he plays in Midfield then wat abt Nocerino and Aquilani……… :\
Great news. Tevez in.
I hope that Galliani is in brazil to bring in a DM who’ll play instead of Van Bommel/Ambrosini. That is a key role where we need player the most. And i hope Montolivo coming now/’12 summer. 2 mids plus Tevez, and we’ll be ready to campaign.
Noo…i hate it
Here he comes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
why do you hate it bro
mr amstrong goal assist machine tevez in to destroy
Great! Now Mr Galliani can turn to other targets. FORZA MILAN. Did the article says Milan is bowing to city’s offer? LOL, It more like city bowing to me. Mr B, uncle G and Braida totally con them.
yeah!!!the new argentine that will make big impact in Milan after Crespo is Carlos Tevez.I hope Montolivo and a playmaker will join us soon.Maybe Oscar?or Ganso?Eriksen?I prefer Eriksen. My line-up after January transfer window:
———————-Abbiati———————–
—Abate—–Nesta—————-T.Silva—-Taiwo–
——-K.P Boateng—-Montolivo——-Nocerino——
———————–Eriksen———————-
—————-Tevez————-Ibrahimovic——-
Forza Milan
I’m sorry, but I’m very unimpressed by making Tevez move permanent. With Tevez here, one of our most effective players – Inzaghi is almost gone (understand comments about his age, but you can’t deny he still has it – 2 goals against RM is more than a proof), secondly SeS certainly won’t gain any playing time, although he never had the chance to prove himself even after Udinese game. But what I dislike the most (apart from the Argentinian’s attitude and what to expect from him), is placing our priorities wrongly. We should be searching for AMF until 31st of… Read more »
Um, Inzaghi is at a point in his career where fitness is hard to come by. He doens’t train much. And as far as I’m concerned Tevez is an absolute must. SeS clearly doesn’t cut it in a big team and we should loan him. Perhaps we can bring him back later on. Tevez is a versatile player, and we often complain Ibra plays well too much. Tevez can subst*itute Ibra. I’m not really buying what you’re saying though. In addition, Robinho has issues with finishing, and Pato is woefully inconsistent. So this is why we need Tevez. Tevez could… Read more »
i would love tevez to come… but i would think pato, robinho and cassano will play less
yeah.if we sign a defender and midfielder we wil sure wn somethn
i’m afraid for pato. he should remain. we can sell robinho to ajax and get eriksen. then we take montolivo for free.
montolivo plays centre but he z not a dmf
YES!!! We are milan,we make impossible possible. Forza milan. Forza tevez. Forza rossonero.
no selling anyone except the older players like zambro
Thank u Braida ur work is perfact rule i like tevez @ milan it means milan are still the champion
no selling anyone except the older players like zambro.i wonder if mont handlez the defensive work well at the centre of fiorentina setup
What’s the point in loaning him if we must buy him???I mean, point of loan in this case is to short term replace cassano, and if he proves himself, then we could even buy him.But if we have OBLIGATION to buy him, whats the point in loaning him, that isn’t loan, thats simply a buy with prolonged payment. Rediculous…And what if cassano returns early???Ibra, tevez, pato, robinho, cassano…too much.
lol.milan has the best management in the whole world.great economist.they are my role model for sure.most especially .galliani.
Tevez is our type. We need him.
Allegri may be change his plan to play with 3 striker !
ibra to play behind the strikers and boa to take his role in midfield…. so we killed two birds with ONE stone!
i just love this.. Now the coach should change his formation to be more attacking minded team like barca.
Yeah! I’m excited to see him in our shirt! We would cruise to another scudetto
good news but i hope nobody leaves because of this, i love the relationship between our players, like ibra, cassano, and robinho always joking around, they all seem like good friends…i hope tevez doesn’t have a negative impact in the locker room
This is by far one of d greatest news i’ve heard in recent time,Tevez welcome to milan…FORZA MILAN!
Nice deal.. Another player in plus dmf(nainngolan) and amf(eriksson).. Then didac vila should also return.. And we are all done. Then our january squad would be. Abbiati. Abate-nesta-t.silva-taiwo/vila. Boateng/aquilani-nainngolan-nocerino. Eriksson/boateng. Tevez/pato-ibrahimovic/robinho
Vila is not that good……
We will win all the trophies….Juve is done hahahaha
and lopez is for sure not coming with or without Tevez
I hate it bcaz Galiani isnt going to buy any amf now…
Galliani has always given the best Christmas Presents :)
Who says he is not going to buy another AMF? You are just upset that Pato will have competi*tion in reality.
We probably will get another midfielder or two from what I am hearing. You do not pa*ss on a player like Tevez ever. Galliani in an interview also said he made a promise to him and Maxi Lopez is not coming either way. Lopez may in fact go to PSG now lol.
I’d like to see a proper trequartista and a younger dmf, and i’m assuming Montolivo will arrive in the summer, so our line-up is looking very promising!
…ibra, robinho, tevez, pato, cassano,
someone will be gone in the summer, and unfortunately i think its robinho…
i think ur right
I don’t agree. Robinho will remain. I think Pato will be sold.
Ibra 30, Binho 29, Cas*sano 29, Tevez 28, Inzaghi 38… And u think Pato will be sold? If that is so, then in about 3 – 4 years we’ll just have to buy ourselves a whole new frontline…
hopefully not Pato, he’s our best attacker
Tevez is 27. Robinho is 27. Your numbers are completely off. Pato is inadequate. He’s not our best attacker. Far from it.
now what we need is a really strong defensive mid…good reader of the game, tough tackling, high work rate and good distribution…but who???
Y did u mentioned Lopez??
Gian…plz dont reply to my comments…
…
Who said to u tht we r buying any ATTACKING MID…
Galliani said we rnt buying any1…thn Tevez case came, he showed he’s trick…
No club in this world wld going to sell their main Star or up coming stars so cheaply…
Who says we aren’t? You’re just making stuff up I think… Galliani has said we are not buying anyone? Says who?
How is he tricking anyone? City need to get Tevez off their hands. And if one shall remember City bought Robinho for 42 million or so, and sold him for 15 million. So you’re quite wrong about that. They will take a loss on this one.
I thnk the attck wld be like this
……..Ibra/Robi/KPB……..
…Robi/Pato…Tevez/Ibra…
Without proper AMF
You’re just upset that Pato won’t be playing as much.
And open your eyes, Tevez isn’t even a main player for City anymore. He doesn’t play for them!!!
Welcome Tevez! I hope he doesn’t cause any problems in Milanello.
BTW we are going to play against PSG in Dubai. :) Forza Milan!
hey guys!!! tevez can play behind strikers so we don’t need any AMF really then you can play with both ibra and pato upfront! boa to midfield and it’s done!! tevez is such a fighter he can fill that role very nice! also boa plays in midfield! tevez playing behind strikers means more playing time for pato and solid midfield with boa noce aqua MvB gattuso! it gives much more flexibility as you can also use emanuell any time you need. then we can do better in summer to bring some quality and replacement in midfield! I say this tevez… Read more »
Yeah thts y he is going out of ManC…
They doesnt want him…
But Milan does…
Hw funny it is…
…
Yeah i’m upset of Pato…but not bcaz of his lack of playing time…
Upset bcaz of his Form
What’s wrong with that? Tevez is a world cla*ss. You don’t pas*s on him.
Well Pato is going to have to work harder.
I can see Robinho, Ibra and Tevez playing all at once, making it even harder for him.
I doubt it Allegri will stick with Boateng AMF no matter what he might suggest to the press
That couldn’t be further from the truth!
You might not have read the right, I’m saying Boateng will still be our AMF. Boateng has played there exclusively since February even though he said in the summer that he was getting pushed back to midfield.
You should give Tevez a chance…
Well………. A good addition to our forward line but am afraid someone will have to go in January and June which will be any of Inzagi/Robinho/Pato/Elsharawy/Cassano.
I strongly believe that if Tevez does arrive the Pippo and Stephen will go in January and in June one of Pato/Cassano/Robinho will follow. The coming of Tevez might also see the coach switching tactics to a 4-3-3 formation which could be goo for Milan.
Azad…this is Milan…
We play Cassano, Robinho, El Shaarawy as Strkrs… So Tevez isnt going to b AMF…he cld b Fw/2s
Azad…this is Milan…
We play Cas.sano, Robinho, El Shaarawy as Strkrs… So Tevez isnt going to b AMF…he cld b Fw/2s
yeah! I mean tevez can do much better than eriksen behind strikers if you want!!
why you play with those words FW/cid or what ever…? tell me where is boa playing right now? and he wasn’t suppose to play there! but he does very good job.. since his natural role is in midfield so we can put tevez there, now you can call it SS or Trequartista or what ever…
noce and boa MvB/Gattuso/Ambro can support them very good!
I’m not against Tevez…he is world clss…
Evn i prefes Tevez 1st for Arg nat fotb team…
I hated this transfer thts it…i want AMF, DMF, LB…
His transfer doesn’t rule out other transfers. And we don’t need a LB as far as I’m concerned.
I love dis deal, it’s great seeing a world class player like teves in milan. I also love style of play, goalscoring ability and d pressure he mounts on oppositions.
cnt wait to see tevez in my term milan
I heard Cissokho is being kicked out of Lyon… he scored 4 own goals so far lol. They replaced him with Mouhamadou Dabo lol… wow. He’s going to be sold as little as 6 million euros lol.
His price will drop even lower if he still has teeth problem :-)
He’s a bad left back and he has a habit for scoring own goals and getting red cards. I’m glad we didn’t pay 15 million for him.
Tevez can be a true bomb in our locker room. With his attitude he can seriously disrupt our squad harmony…Whoever says it isnt true is delusioned. Even when he played for man u, he said that football is just a way to earn for living and not his passion, an he always repeated that he wants to be in argentina with his family. He said that when he was in Man u, and repeated in man city. Why do you believe that something will change now??Milano is closer to argentina??LOL
Kinda like Ibra, Robinho or Cas*sano… oh wait… didn’t quite happen that way now did it? Tevez would find himself at home with Milan. He’s at the point in his career where he would take a huge salary cut… and he agreed to a huge salary cut to join Milan.
Italy is more suitable for anyone I think. Nicer people and nicer weather.
You have some bad reasoning.
I never heard that ibra, cassano or robinho said anything similar what tevez did. And he said that he is playing only becuase of the money. So, with his wage cut, there is only less motive for him to play. It’s not like his long life dream was to play for milan, he is in it just becuase of the money…LOL, i remebered that line”show me the money, show me the money”
They all have big personalities, and Robinho did take money as did Ibra… they took big money. Tevez took a huge wage cut… less motive? Tell that to Ibra or Robinho… and yes, Tevez wants to play for Milan because Milan is a big team with a great history. It’s not about the money at all. You couldn’t be more wrong.
No logic in that response you gave me. Less motivation? Baloney!
baloney????Man, your argument is that tevez wants to play for milan becuase its a big team??And its not about money??You are so ignorant, if this is so, WHY DID HE LEAVE MAN U????They are also big club.Becuse of the money!!!!He plays just becuase he has to, he doesnt care about milan. And comparing him with ibra and robinho is pure BS, they are completely different.
Your argument is simply wrong. Tevez wants to play for a big team. Open your eyes please. You are the one that is ignorant. He left Man U because of a falling out with Sir Alex. You don’t have a clue about what is going on with the reality. He does care about Milan… and you with your big mouth… you make as*sumptions and you don’t even care. No they aren’t completely different. Open your eyes.
BS is all over your argument. Nothing there to read!
talking about reasoning, Ibra, Robinho and Cassano were never as bad as Tevez, they never refused to play and said they wanted to leave every other week
Where did you get your logic from? Tevez was neglected by City… Robinho was neglected by City and was in the exact same situation. Open your eyes.
no Tevez was the man at City until he said that he wanted to leave every week. I don’t see how City neglected him, he showed a terrible attitude refusing to go on against Bayern, he’s the stereotype ungrateful modern footballer.
