NURI SAHIN will be wanted by Milan if Andrea Pirlo leaves.
It seems more and more probable every day that Andrea Pirlo will leave Milan on a free transfer at the end of the season as Juventus are keen to sign him and have already opened talks with the player.
The Rossoneri could say goodbye to one of the best playmakers in the history and they are already looking for replacements, targeting BV Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin, Milannews.it reports.
Nesta still injured, misses Brescia
Pazienza “does not have an agreement” with Milan
Sahin, whose contract ends in 2013, has already informed the German side that he wouldn’t be signing a new contract and the management has allowed him to start speaking to other teams.
The left-footed German-born Turkish, who turns 23 next September, has already said that he “loves Italy” inter alia because of the fact that his ” good friend, Kevin-Prince Boateng lives there.”
Sahin was very impressive this season (his season’s over due to an injury), but since Dortmund are going to play in the UCL next year, his price is pretty high, an €18-20m offer should be enough though.

Sahin is great, although I don’t see us going in a bidding war with Real Madrid, who have him as a stated transfer target.
It’d be nice to sign him but I wouldn’t want to pay over 20M for him.
I agree hes good but not for 25M like they’re asking. But we need these kind of players to get rid of our useless midfield. Glad pirlo is back. Otherwise we will be stuck with players such as Giancarlos boyfriend flamini for ever. Oh yeah, Giancarlo you said, or you ALWAYS say flamini had a good game. Even pato plays bad somethings or ibra. But no FLAMINI ALWAYS play good and have a good game, really dont now what you base our comments on. Did you mean flamini had a good game on the picth or in your bed? Stupid… Read more »
Wow he still has to make his comment again, after it was deleted. You don’t ever get the message. Your hatred has no place on this forum. I Will report your post once again, Shervin.
20 million for a champion… it’s a bargain =P
Btw if this notice is true we have advantage over Madrid. Nuri once told that he would love to play in Italy, for AC Milan. He is a close friend of Boateng too so it’s another plus. Really hope he’ll come. The future is now kids :)
i want him and this is my wish list for transfermarket
Marchetti 5m
Mexes free, that why, just because he’ll come for free
Taiwo free
Sahin 18
Montolivo 14
Nasri 25 (i know everybody wants Ganso and I’ll be ok with him but i want nasri)
and we’ll have the 8th CL
i’d love to see sahin in milan.. but i’d rather have pirlo as his mentor.. so i hope pirlo stays and sahin comes as pirlo’s heir..
stop being cheap guys…sahin is worth 20 mil and we can easily pay for him by offloading some of the dead wood..(random, onyewu, bonera and selling of boriello)
oh my god!this is a dream come true!i never thought he will be a milan target..in Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 game i bought him and poli..in the end i won the scudetto..he and poli assists and scores many important goal..i hope this is true.Forza Milan!!!

i hope this is AC Milan line-up for coming years.Forza Milan!!
Line up for coming years with 2 primavera players (OK) and nesta???How long do you think he is going to play??
dude de vito in 3 years, not next year, we will be defending the serie a, and going after champions league, we need taiwo or vargas, and put more italians or else we’ll be the new inter, like montolivo astori paloschi giovinco criscito lazzari
hey u want another arsenal
remeber we can not win major trophies wiith ungsterz only
Sahin is a grt player..l wouldnt mind Nasri replacing Seedorf
i like him, but i think pirlo should still be signed, as he is only in his early thirties and is irreplaceable.
Hope we get him, but then again this is the time when the rumors are Coming and going all day. Sahin could be the REAL replacement for Pirlo not Montolivo.
Sahin’s bargain price is probably 15M… But I think around 20M should be enough…
I think that sahin is the kind of player that we miss in the midfield. He would be the perfect purchase
His buy out clause is 6million y we would spend 20m. For him…as his frnd is KPB…so he would prefer Milan thn others…
18-20m is too high. With that kind of money, we can sign BOTH Montolivo AND Andrea Poli. Two solid midfielders who will offer our midfield, some much needed creativity. Pirlo’s gone, so we can split high wages between Monty and Poli…
guys…neiher poli nor montolivo is in the same class as sahin curremtly and that is the truth.poli does not even make it into sampdorias line up.i wish we signed italians as am an italian but that does not mean we must sign just any italian.ibra’s wages is 9mil and yet u hope we get sahin for 6?this may be the last time we sign quality players so let us make the best use of it b4 financial fair play
Oh yes, get him over here, partner him up with Boa & Poli and bring home the silverware. I’d love this guy to take on the no. 5 (birthday) and run our midfield, so chuffed he’s snubbed Inter by claiming his desire to wear Red & Black with Boa.
Oh and if his buyout clause his truly 6 million then please get him, forget I even mentioned Gago. Also bring in a left back (taiwo) as well future prospects – Lamela, Jovetic, Astori, Zigoni, Paloschi etc.
his buy out clause is 6mil but then again there is demand and supply.all the clubs interested in him can easily dish out that amount but then who will the club sell him to?as a pro he cannot solely chose milan simply bcos they are friends either than that he wud have followed him to spurs.only better incentives(money and wages) plus the boateng influence can help secure him.15-20m shd be enough..
GREAT !!!
Please sign him asap..
Montolivo has performed very well/consistently in the last 3 seasons, including the CL. He’s the safe option, as he’s accustomed to Serie A. As for Poli, obviously you don’t watch Sampdoria. Their coach prefers the older/experienced player because they are in a relegation battler. He’s opting for experience. Under Gigi Del Neri last season, Poli started 30 games, and did very well. I’d take Montolivo and Poli over Sahin any day of the week. Sahin’s also injured. I couldn’t imagine AC Milan without a single Italian player in the starting 11! And it’s not like Montolivo’s a bad player. He’s… Read more »
Couldn’t have said it better myself. An italian international and a soon to be one is the better option. We need more Italians no matter what. I’ve been reiterating that the whole season. All we’ve signed are non-italians besides Legro and Cassano.
actually poli started 26 matches last season but that is npt the point. this season he has played 18 times for samp, startin 12. Sahin(22yrs) had 6 goals 8 assists this season b4 injury whereas Monto(26) has 2 goals 3 assists. Like i said earlier i actually dont ,mind if either monto or poli joined us but don’t be partial for them only because you want more italians in our squad. if you want another italian then we should seriously be talking about astori. juve are the ones who always try to sign italians even when they are not juve… Read more »
Sahin has had one good season at most… Dortmund hasn’t been successful in Europe either. I’m with Rossonero on this one, but I think Montolivo is closer to us because we can guarantee CL football.
I think Sahin’s a good player. However if we’re going to spend 20m, then it should be on two quality mids, who no how to play in Italy, Poli and Montolivo.
Sure, and Poli will go cheap now, especially if Samp get relegated.
Will be sad if Samp get regulated though. Kinda sucks thinking that they got 4th last season. They were in the top 4, now they’re in the last 3. Oh well, that is football.
Anyone else sick of being dumped out of Europe? Well get use to it…lol
Next year is truly the year though. We’ve been in a huge transition phase ever since 2007. Barely any players were brought over until this last season. I’m tired of the Germans getting all the CL points.
Sahin would be great for us but then again there would be whole of europe after him making his price go higher.which i don’t think milan would be willing to spend that much money(more than 20m) on one single player and should not beside ganso..i think we should also look for ever banega(valencia).he is world class..so for me milan should be
GK-abbiati
RB-abbate
CB-mexes(free)
CB-t.silva
LB-villa/emanuelson/taiwo(free)
CMF-fernando(10m max)
CMF-banega/sahin(20 m max)
AMF-ganso(25m)
AMF-lamella(must at any cost)
CF-ibra
CF-pato
Do you think mexes is 20 years old? His almost 30 years old, and in footballs years hes 45 years old compared to Nesta. No DEFENDER can read the game like he does, no defender have the experince like nesta.
And your putting away Nesta for a free Mexes? What kind of milan fan are you? Must be a stupid one, if you think villa or emanuelson EVER will play leftback. You even more stupid to think fernando, sahin, ganso, lamela (NOT lamelllllllllllla) will all come to milan.
chill out dude, it’s his opinion
Don’t tell Shervin that. He’ll personally attack you and accuse you of being gay… one thing he doesn’t realize is defenders usually hit their prime in their late 20s.
I respect opinions, thats why there are forums. But putting a (free) mexes before our own legend nesta which in his age still are one of the best in italy is just ridicoluous.
Its like saying as a Milan fan that zanetti is bigger than maldini. Its just stupid. Nesta over Mexes anytime on the hour.
Then don’t be insulting my sexual orientation (or so what you assume). I didn’t say Mexes was at the same level of Nesta. Certainly not. However, Mexes is still a fine defender.
I’d like Astori back.
well…it seems that milan want to reinforce the squad seriously. i hope they sign the right players this summer. milan have too many DMs at this moment but none of them have excellent defending skills . only MvB is great as a DM. considering that milan use 4-3-1-2, i think it would be very difficult for milan to win the CL if they play with 2 DMs on the pitch. milan need to sign a midfielder with high creativity and excellent shooting skills for RM. urby is good for LM since he can support to attack and create some chances… Read more »
Poli and Sahin for that kidn of money. Two proven italians and Poli is still young has time to learn from the likes of Montolivo or Pirlo if he stays. He’s a future propect no doubt. A must have!
Poli and Montolivo*
Shahin must be bought but not instead of Pirlo.Pirlo is the only suitable man for us.Remember Italy in the world cup without and with pilrlo. We must not let Milan get like Italy.
WOULD BE THE GREAT DEAL …….WE NEED CREATIVITY OF HIS!!
guys i believe we should get montolivo and sahin, it’ll be like ambrosini and pirlo, or gattuso and pirlo
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oy-5PzWzxYY Check him out
Montolivo….i think i heard him…didn’t he is the 1 who played in the world as Pirlo’s heir…nd F**ked Italian by winning the world cup…
yep SOHEL…he is the same guy
Montolivo did well at the WC, and he was Italy’s best player, as bad as that sounds. We’ve been dumped out of CL, because our teams are old and slow. The tempo of the EPL teams is too much for our senators to handle. I remember after our CL triumph in 07, we were talking about rebuilding. Jump to 2011, and we have basically the same midfield. And we are actually considering resigning Seedorf,Gattuso,Ambrosini, and Pirlo’s contracts. Players who’s best days are long gone. Until we clean house, we continue to be embarrassed in Europe. There’s a reason we lost our… Read more »
Actually we’re not considering re-signing of those contracts. Only Nesta and Inzaghi are up for renewal… come on man, you keep posting this stuff… yet you’re not getting a clue.
