Divock Origi has returned to the Premier League and will play for Nottingham Forest.
It took all summer, but in the end Milan managed to offload Origi: the Belgian striker, who had an extremely disappointing debut year with the Rossoneri last campaign, has joined Nottingham Forest.
The deal was announced by the Premier League side last night, and Milan confirmed it this morning (Saturday):
“Milan can confirm that Divock Origi has joined Nottingham Forest FC on loan until 30 June 2024, with an option to make the deal permanent. The Club would like to wish Divock all the best for the coming season.”
Nottingham Forest will cover Origi’s full €4m net salary and their option to buy is for €4.5m-5m.
