Divock Origi returns to the Premier League, with the jersey of Nottingham Forest.
The transfer deadline day has been crazy for Milan, who still have a game against Roma later tonight (20:45 CET); after loaning out Lorenzo Colombo to Monza, negotiating for 3 different strikers and in the end signing Luka Jović, they are now also set to loan out Divock Origi.
The Belgian striker joined the club last summer on a free transfer but showed very little when he had his chances, losing completely the confidence of Stefano Pioli, who froze him out of the squad all summer and didn’t give him a single minute in pre-season.
Origi, however, is ready to leave Milan and join Nottingham Forest on a loan deal with a €5m option to buy. The medical is already taking place and the official should arrive shortly.
Divock, whose €4m net salary will be covered by Nottingham Forest according to Nicolò Schira, returns to the Premier League. He will hope to impress and finally become a starter.
