Rade Krunić will soon extend his Milan contract, it is reported today.
Milan are keeping their eyes open in the transfer market, looking for the right opportunities to reinforce the squad.
However, the management is also handing keeping the current players in the team and negotiating contract renewals.
Today there was a meeting with the agents of Fikayo Tomori over an extension. However, Fik is not the only one close to a renewal.
As reported by Milannews.it’s Antonio Vitiello, talks are also in an advanced stage for Rade Krunić and he is expected to sign a new contract very soon. Krunić is highly-esteemed by coach Stefano Pioli and he recently told La Gazzetta dello Sport in an interview that Krunić “is often unjustly underestimated but has incredible tactical skills”. Pioli clearly believes in him, and so does the Club.
With Sandro Tonali out unavailable for Matchday 1, it will almost certainly be Rade on the pitch alongside Ismaël Bennacer at San Siro against Udinese. His current contract expires in 2024.
Little to scary to see him highly esteemed by Pioli. Hopefully not considering moving him higher up the selection as the Kessie!. If there’s a possibility to get Arthur Melo on loan from Juve, I’d take him. Not a Kessie ,well team need good players more than a Kessie type, a Theo type etc. So if difficult finding both a certain type and being good to Milan standard in a player than just get a good midfielder, not Tameze man.
The brocchi/giaccherini that every good team needs. Someone who can fill up multiple positions when required and hardly complains when he is not playing. Bravo krunic
