Tiémoué Bakayoko is not in the plans of Milan, and it was made clear.
The Rossoneri played two pre-season matches against two Serie C sides over the weekend: 6-1 against Vicenza last night and 7-1 over Pergolettese this morning.
In both occasions, Bakayoko, who joined the club last summer on a two-year loan with option to buy, was not involved.
As reported by Milannews.it’s Pietro Mazzara, the decision to leave Baka out of the friendlies was of a technical nature, with coach Stefano Pioli preferring other players over the 27-year-old Frenchman. This double exclusion is a clear vote of no confidence in the player who’s owned by Chelsea.
The agents of the Bakayoko are at work to try to find a solution for the player, who is not in the plans of Milan. He’s been linked with several clubs but nothing seems advanced right now.

Unfortunately, milan have too many foreign trained players. Serie A and UCL rules only allow clubs to registered 17 foreign trained players along with 4 homegrown and 4 italian association trained players. At the moment, milan only have 3 homegrown (calabria, gabbia, pobega) and 3 italian trained players (mirante, florenzi, tonali) with more than 17 foreign trained players. So its obvious m&m plans right now are to sell / terminate the loans of the foreign players and sign more italian trained (for UCL registration) or u21 foreign players (they can be registered for serie a). Any rumours linking milan with… Read more »
correctamundo mate. unfortunately milan didnt get belotti AND apparently theyre allergic to caldara (who did decent enough with venezia last season) and romag (maybe they want to cut ties with raiola’s camp altogether or they think 3m/yr can bankrupt them like messi bankrupted banterlona)
Milan had a great chance to get a young talented Italian DM for only 8.5mil in Samuel Ricci from Empoli, but they missed out because they wasted half a year wating for Renato Sancez who in the end went in PSG.
For me personally, i would prefer to keep gabbia, and either sign scalvini/okoli/acerbi, or sell ballo toure and replace him with parisi. Baka has to go unfortunately
