Simon Kjær trained regularly today and is all ready for Tuesday’s match against Atlético in the Champions League.

Kjær picked up an injury in the match against Juve last Sunday, but fortunately the MRI showed no muscle injury.

Today, the Dane, who missed the matches against Venezia and Spezia (2-0 on and 1-2 wins on Wednesday and Saturday respectively), was back in training.

As shown in the training pictures from today and reported by Milannews.it, Simon trained regularly with the rest of the squad, and he is now fully recovered and available for selection for the match on Tuesday evening at Stadio San Siro against Atlético Madrid (21:00 CET kickoff).

It remains to be seen whether another player will recover in time for the game; the only suspect is Alessandro Florenzi as it will take longer for Zlatan Ibrahimović and the others to return.

Can we save Kjaer and play him only when we have very strong opponents. Every other game should be shuffled between Romagnoli and Gabbia.
