Giroud is feeling better and could be called-up against Venezia, still no improvement in the condition of Ibra

Olivier Giroud could be back to full training tomorrow, while Ibrahimović is going to miss another game.

It’s only the very beginning of the season but Milan are already struggling with injuries and the tight scheduling they are dealing with, Stefano Pioli cannot rotate as much as he would’ve wanted to.

After Simon Kjær’s injury against Juventus last night, there are now 7 players on the unavailable list. However, the situation seems to be slightly improving as Olivier Giroud could soon return.

As reported by Sky Italia, the Frenchman, who missed the game due to back pains, still trained apart from the squad today. However, he is feeling better and could be back in full training tomorrow; therefore, there’s a chance he’ll be called-up for Wednesday’s game against Venezia.

The same however cannot be said about Zlatan Ibrahimović. The Swede is still feeling his Achilles tendon and is not doing well; as a result he won’t be called-up for this game either.

Let’s use Maldini and Pellegri for this game. Perhaps even Gabbia, Kalulu and Ballo-Toure. We need to rest our boys
