I thought I would post here just for future reference. Calabria can actually cover for CDM. Bennacer can actually be a very good CAM. Florenzi can cover RB and RM. I think Messias will play as RW.
So our team without Kessie and Roma looks like this
GK: magic Mike, Tatasanu, Plizari
RB: Calabria, Florenzi, Kalulu
CB: Simon, Tomori, Gabbia,
LB: Hernandez, Ballo
CDM: Tonali, Krunic, Bakayoko, pobega
CAM: Bennacer, Diaz
LW: Leao, Rebic
RW: Messias, Alex
ST: Ibra, Giroud.

Notice we may need reinforcement for RW, CAM, and maybe ST.
