Why not use Hauge on the left wing and Rebic on the right? I don’t want to see Samu or Alexis on the right again the rest of the season.

This is a final, I guess that Pioli doesn’t want to experiment with the team. I think that rebic is a consolidated player, those you don’t change it’s role, he is no Borini.

Standard for a 60 years old italian coach maybe! No modern & educated coach would give fans heart attacks for a red card against a almost relegated Parma. I respect your opinion but I hate coward coaches! Even with 10 men we could have easily control this game and don’t feel such a stress! It could have been easily a 2-2 just before Leao’s goal

The proof is in the pudding, and not just this match. 60 years old or not, we are second place and you are fuming ?! Seriously.

Yes, it could have been 2-2, because this is football. But most often than not, the stronger team pulls the 3 points in this situation, given that we play like Pioli did. That’s why it’s standard. It has nothing to do with Pioli’s age, or him being a coward or not.

So just because second in table we should close our eyes on every mistakes he makes? The second could turn to a fifth in a heartbeat!

It’s not a standard to defend when you have a better squad. It’s standard to control the game, pass around and bring players who can keep the ball! Its was a standard in 1990 maybe! Football changed! Coaches are now smarter. They know by defending for 30 minutes, you can concede even if you bring 11 defenders! I don’t know how you can’t understand that!

Milan will get Belotti. He’s experienced, clinical and he’s a leader. Milan should also switch to a back 3 next season. That would free up Theo to get forward more to give us more in attack.

Romagnoli would do better in a back 3 alongside Tomori and Kjaer.

Imagine Ibra and Belotti upfront? We would have so many different combo upfront. Ibra-Rebic, Belotti-Leao, Belotti-Rebic, etc. Even Hauge would be a good 2nd striker alongside Ibra or Belotti.

Yep. Kalulu and Gabbia are improving a lot. Also, Atalanta will not sign Caldara for 15m. So we will have another good defender back that can play in a back 3.

3412 next season would be great. We don’t need to waste money investing in wingers. Theo and Calabria would be amazing as attacking wingbacks.

That’s a negative lol we def need a rw. Calabria could be a good fill in but you can’t tell me ikone would be inferior to Calabria. He has more speed, technique, skill, goal scoring abilities, passes etc. let’s not pretend here. A rw, cam and cf(maybe 2) need to be bought. Ikone, daka, that forward from fiori, maybe Brandt if he’s cheap should all be looked at seriously. If by some act of god, we got all of the above or players of the same caliber, we would have speed and power in all positions.

If Longo’s information probes to be true, Milan will sign a forward with Belloti being an interesting choice.

IMO we need a solid player on the right wing.

Idk how I feel about belotti now. I think we can do better, I like daka and I was hoping to get fioris forward but I read he’s going for 50 now so that’s out of the question. With zlatan renewing, we need a speedy forward to compliment him. Yes to a rw

I would be surprised if Milan get Vlahovic. Fiorentina will not sell him for cheap and it doesn’t make sense to 40-50m for a striker with one good season.

It’s like taking the same risk all over again like we did with Piatek. Vlahovic is not worth 40-50m. It would be a BIG RISK.

Belotti has been CONSISTENTLY scoring double digit goals in Serie A and he’s playing in a shitty team.

He is a proven striker and if we don’t get him our only best option is Icardi. We need a quality proven striker to replace Ibra.

I would like icardi as well, but how much is he? Daka has 30 goals this season. Our team is incredibly slow and we don’t have anyone up top with speed. Leao is trash and doesn’t have a forwards brain. Belotti has plateaued in my view, he’s not gonna get much better. I do agree vlahovic price is too high for a one season forward. It would be like piatek all over again

Milan is capable to play with 3 at the back. Dalot, Theo and Saelemaker are more effective as wing backs. Romag will again get his position as CLB. 3412 when Calha plays. When Calha not playing, use 352 with Tonali as the regista. Rebic and Ibra upfront. Leao is the back up for both of them. Samu can be back up for upfront too. especially in 343 Krunic and Meite are perfect back up for mezzala’s position. Hauge as supersub

ZionTrain

Exactly. I hope Pioli do this next season. I don’t see the need to give up on Romagnoli but if he leaves we will need another CB. I also don’t see the need to spend big on a winger either.

We can get a deputy/competition for Ibra like Belotti, Scamacca or Vlahovic. Bring back Pobega and Pessina. If we don’t keep Meite which we should then get Mattias Svanberg from Bologna.

We don’t have to spend big to improve the squad. A change in formation and maybe 2-3 signings like a striker, CB, etc.

Am utterly flabbergasted that you of all people is saying we don’t need to spend on right winger when the whole world knows that that is one of our weak areas . We need a fast winger who can also play behind the strikers in case we need to play 4312. We should get players who can adapt to different formations and not rigidly on a particular formation.

calciomercato reported recently that Juve and Milan could trade Bernardeschi and Romagnoli. Both teams don’t know what to do with each player who has expiring contracts in 2022.

Calciomercato is full of shit so take that with a grain of salt

OK mate…

Unless the management does not know what its doing then they will trade Romagnoli with such a player . . All the deals with Juve for the past 10 years have been shit ..Why not they trade Dybala with Romagnoli ?

The management does know better than you. Romagnoli’s contract is expiring, he wants to be a starter, and we know Tomori-Kjaer are our best defenders.

Bernardeschi can play on the right, just fine, I rather have him that the rumored Lucas Vazques.

Picture this, Romagnoli and Raiola demanding that he is a starter in order to extend his contract. Meh, don’t let the door hit you in the ass Alessio.

I’m saying that we don’t have to spend big on a RW if we change formation. Money is scarce and a lot of clubs loss revenues due to COVID.

There will no big spending like in the past and Milan won’t be spending a lot to strengthen the squad.

Therefore, we a change in formation to 3412 we can get more out of the players we currently have and still be a competitive team next season.

Bro I get not spending big, but Calabria, samu, salemakers are too slow to play as a winger. Theo can bc he’s fast and skillful. We need players like ikone, neres, Antony, traore, saint max(lw) etc these guys are stupid fast. Most would be around 30-35 mil. This has to happen. We need a rw, cam, and cf. really we need 2 cams if hakan and Diaz don’t stay and 2 forwards bc zlatan is hurt too often. Rebic is good to rotate lw. Leao needs to be sold, he could fund a rw almost entirely. This has to happen.… Read more »

Like I said before Milan can get the best out of the current squad next season if we switch formation to a 3412 ~ 352. We need to play with 2 strikers. If we do this we don’t have to go crazy on the market for a winger. Leao must not be sold. He would be a good 2nd striker. His pace upfront would help in counter attacks. Remember the goal he scored against Sassuolo at kickoff? Milan need to move the ball quicker through midfield. So no to selling Leao. Rebic also make a good 2nd striker. That means… Read more »

Ikone isn’t a lot of money and has to be bought. We are slow asf on the right side. Calabria is not fast enough. Idc how good you are, if your too slow to get into the positions your needed to be, you can’t play effectively. Roman is a good example of this. He’s slow asf and even when he was in form, he could never live with the likes of lukaku. Tomori is much faster, stronger, can jump better, and has room to be on par or better in terms of position. Leao is not a good option for… Read more »

WE NOW RETURN TO LIKE MILAN10 SAID PROGRAM “Milan10 9 months ago Reply to Niels8 there’s nothing fluid about milan midfield trio vs roma mate, at least not until paqueta and saladmaker came on. milan played better in last 30-35mins because paqueta, considered too brazilian by giamfanculo, brought directness and vision and saladmaker and theo brought pace and dangerous overlapping into milan’s game. if theyre gonna use 4-2-3-1 then they better play pacy wingers on both flanks and let hakan and paqueta fight for 3/4ista spot in the middle.” aand paquelme just pulled an andriy “the giant” silva again (1… Read more »

Once again brobbey shows why he’s the next big thing for forwards. Speed, power and a eye for goal and we let Leipzig beat us to another target
