I am worried because pioli keeps the formation and relies on abysmal players like krunic and samu. Krunic and Samu almost never impressed everytime they started in both EL or league. Pioli gave them a lot of chances.
Hope milan win though!!

I’ll like to see Roback in this game. Also, you could tell Leao is struggling with his confidence. It’s either that Pioli told him to stop expressing himself on the field and he is struggling with that which is understandable. Players with his skill set should be allowed to express themselves on the field and that’s the only way they thrive. I hope he rediscovers his confidence soon.
The first half was not bad but I wish we don’t have to see Castillejo again and wish the players start running more rather than walking around inviting pressure.

One of most interesting performance by Milan not in terms of fantastic playing but reasonable play( such as inter vs Parma last week).. today gameplay shows the tactic for every single match must be adopt to own squad condition and opponent the mistake that was made against Udinese.. when you have lots of absentees and your opponent is dangerous in counter attack to surprise you, no need play the same we played against Roma we must just control the game without giving surprise chance to opponent and to not rush to score (the mistake we made against Udinese) we just… Read more »

Good first half by the boys. Our lineup is bottom-mid-table level due to injuries, especially our front 4, but still we managed to take the lead and be more dangerous against a strong home side. Kessie is bossing the midfield as usual, and Meite is not bad either, although I wish he was more physical considering his size and physique. I also liked how Samu took the initiative in the buildup, even though he was playing out of position. Nothing too impressive obviously, but still he is doing a good job all things considered. Yeah i pretty much agree with one clear exception though and that is that when we are ahead with two goals, atleast pioli could have given roback 5-10 minutes to play and get a bit more accustomed to serie a. Roback is not ready for first team football. He will not be apart of the first team next season when we qualify for UCL.

Well he might not be in contention for consistent first team games but its not like milan isnt giving young players a chance from season to season so i really dont buy that premise and he might still get his chance later on in the season. Not only would he have gotten some valuable minutes under his belt but it was also the perfect situation to do so. Leao could have gotten some rest in case rebic and ibra isnt available against utd on thursday. Add to that robacks size at 1.87m does give him enough physique to decently battle… Read more »

Very good performance by the boys. We completely dominated the match for 75 minutes, against Verona and Juric who have been particularly stubborn opponents all season long. We looked really organized, as fitting to a team trained by one of the best coach’s in Europe this season. Very good showing by almost everyone. A particular kudos to Krunic and Dalot for super goals, both mimicking the players they replaced, with Krunic also saving one on our side in the final minutes. Bravo.

Reasonable and calm performance by Milan, great understanding of what we want, 3 points even you do not play the way everyone likes .. I hope from now on we understand there is no need to play all open and focusing on scoring while your opponent is playing to just f..k you and get you down, great game control by the players, Verona had a lot more chances against Juventus last week but we didn’t give them a single chance, that’s called game control to get 3 points.. bravo PIOLI ✌️

I hope Leao can regain his form because we offloaded players with higher scoring ratio to buy him. Professional football is so cruel. We already saw it in Piatek and Cutrone case. Both had better numbers compare to current Leao. 5 goals is a disastrous number. You can hate me for stating this but it is a bad number for a player who is a starter in second team in Serie a. Still there are things we can’t really be satisfied with:
– those goals cannot be thought as results of quality play. You can’t expect those come regularly.
– castillejo playing on LW instead of Hauge. Whatever the reason is, it’s not a good sign. It can means that either Pioli is such a stubborn guy, or Hauge is in reality struggling to blend to the team’s style of play.

Enough about Hauge, he is a regular player at best, he is not faster than anyone of our attackers, He doesn’t have good dribbles, skills, or technique. He scored two goals enough about him, he doesn’t play because it can’t do better than Samu-Saelemaekers.

He is on par with Maldini Jr and Kalulu. Average not enough for a crucial part of the season.
