giamfanculo’s milan: u dont deserve to win playing like that but at least score goal(s) goddammit pioli’s milan: which players are gonna score the 3rd and 4th goals this time? starters like hakan, samu, calabria, theo, ben and donna performed at fairly high level and vicenza players simply couldnt handle and contain them. maldini jr also did good but he looked most dangerous playing in the middle providing diagonal through balls to samu and theo. his combinations with brahim diaz also looked nice. on the left flank he struggled because he couldnt beat vicenza’s rb with his dribbling. almost all… Read more »

Thanks for the review. The angle of the camera was horrible. So we need another RB or counting on Calabria?

kalulu just needs time to learn basic tactics of italian defending. in time he’ll be even better than calabria. there’s no need to buy jokers like aurier (hell, i dont even like his name; sounds like tampon brand).
funnily enough, kalulu did better when he played a bit centrally near his cb partners. thats why he’s always out of position; because he instinctively wants to be in the middle

So paqueta out with brahim and maldini jr as hakan’s subtitute? Shame regarding paqueta, but for me he’s more of a mezzala than a no 10. Since we’re not playing with any mezzala, maybe he’s expandable for us and we can use the money to improve other positions.

As for kalulu, i feel he should stick around the first team as backup RB to get that winner mentality from ibra. Either we buy a better RB as starter or stick with one of conti or calabria and sell the other or demote to primavera to learn new things.

im not saying paqueta is bad player (like i said, to me he’s the most skillful milan player alongside leao and ibra) but he’s tactically naive. maybe thats why giamfanculo said he’s too brazilian. hell, even cr7 was like this in his 1st season with man utd but in 2-3 years he learned how to be effective and more “european”. when paqueta passes the ball quickly he’s deadly (ex: diaz’s goal) but sadly he often holds the ball way too long. i remember scolari the wc winner subbing off figo the ballon d’or winner AND portugal captain in euro 2004… Read more »

In an ideal world, i too would prefer paqueta to stay, krunic as well. Like i said, he’s a mezzala, a decent one as well, and can be a useful alternative for bennacer as LCM if we play a 3 man midfield. Unfortunately, the current financial situation during this uncertain time does not allow us to keep all our best players, and if selling paqueta would allow us to sign a DC & a DMC that we really need, then that’s a sacrifice milan have to make. Other than that, I agree fofana would be a great signing for DC.… Read more »

if milan can make brahim deal permanent then by all means, sell paqueta to buy fofana or flo luis. why not? although i must add, if milan were to buy player of paqueta’s quality again, it wouldnt be for mere 25m, especially if they bought him from brazil so milan might as well keep paqueta. actually, fofana didnt get raped by psg mate. he held his ground and kept psg from scoring >1 goal but he foolishly got 2 yellow cards therefore got espulso-ed. after that, it was smooth sailing for psg, 5-1. he did even better the last time… Read more »

Samu said, “I can add more goals from right wing !”. Calabria said, “Me too”.
