TONITE ON LIKE MILAN10 SAID “Milan10 …i know the uninitiated think hakan is better than de paul (these are the same uninitiated who screamed “turkish kebab must leave asap” back then, mind u) but the truth is, theyre on same level. same goalscoring and assist generating abilities. the difference is, hakan is more of classic am and deadball specialist while de paul is faster and more versatile hence can play in various positions (rw, lw, am and cm). also, de paul has been performing at this level beating juve and inter for fun for at least 3 years now while… Read more »

You are extremely inflexible in your thinking. And you are using some numbers and stats to motivate your affirmation that de paul is better than hakan. He’s not because he can’t be ! Hakan is a top class midfielder and his stats of form will continue next season. 9 goals and 9 assists, most of them in the last 12 games. In Milan-Udinese:3-2, De Paul was invisible.

“He’s not because he can’t be !” lol what kind of adult debate this way? i didnt make those numbers up and whoscored is one of the best sites for football stats. “In Milan-Udinese:3-2, De Paul was invisible.” lol, did u even watch the match? he’s everywhere and was constant threat. he could’ve had at least 2 assists had lasagna been better finisher. he had 7.23 rating, the highest of all udinese players. “most of them in the last 12 games.” and where was hakan before this? he’s so bad as lw that many milanisti called him “turkish kebab”. i… Read more »

Uhm, Hakan is doing very good since restart, yes, but there are plenty other playmakers with better quality. In fact if we do get a change to buy one, we should.

milan players played like the fatigue and muscle pains finally sets in. luckily this is the finale otherwise their performance would take a dip. shame that leao had to come off because he’s clearly milan’s best player in 1st half. niang 2.0 my ass

maldini is far from serie a ready and slow player like him should play as am not lw. now brescianini, this guy is the real deal; calm, collected and possesses a good distribution skill. he should definitely play more next season. him and gabbia

Well im not saying that either maldini or brescianini should expect to be starters far from it but nice to see them in action nevertheless and at 3-0 up they certainly desserves the chance as they will only get accustomed to the adult level by playing. When that is said i actually hope maldini will be loaned out to monza next year as that could be an interesting twist, atleast if they are interested in making him a serious challenger for a starting position. Overall i think both of them did what could be expected tonight and a few minutes… Read more »

If it was up to me I would stick Alesi already in main squad! He should get minutes at the end of next season.

Maybe due to my lack of speaking italian but not really sure if you are hinting at maldini or brescianini or for that matter a third player like alessio brambilla but good to see you back ink 🙂

Well at 16 years of age i doubt he is ready even though that was a magnificent shot 😀 He has been playing for the U17 so in my view it would propably make more sense to let him stay atleast a year with the primavera but whos to say he cant train a bit with the first team if his is deemed a huge talent for the years to come.

im just judging by what i saw last nite mate. maldini clearly isnt ready but then again he’s just 18 so he still has all the time in the world to improve. not every player can be world beater at 18, only the very selected few. he’s also playing out of position. whereas brescianini, he looked so comfortable with the ball and i really like how, after he passed the ball, he moved to empty space to make himself available. not even loca was that smart at 18 thus i disliked people who called him “better than busquets”. he can… Read more »

well, compared to leao, rebic, deulofeu and any other proper wingers yes he’s very slow. slow footwork too. nothing wrong with that as even rui costa was slow too but because of his style he needs to play as am not lw

well, at this rate winning convincingly like this has become business as usual for this awesome team. congrats to john malkovich for finally creating a very strong and resilient team. this was a nice coda to a very interesting season. not in terms of concrete results of course but in terms of upward trend, progress and most importantly, the quality of attacking football being displayed. i really hope milan can keep this squad intact (minus biglia and maybe musa of course) and add some quality rw, dm. if they can do that then i have no doubt milan will at… Read more »

Get a top RW, starting CB and a DM. Sell Castillejo and Conti. Loan out Brescianini (a Serie B team he can start regularlyor a newly promoted Serie A team he can play regularly), Gabbia (to a Serie A team he can play regularly), Maldini and Colombo.

milan didnt play as well as vs bologna, juve etc but theyre pretty effective; u make mistakes near ur own box and milan WILL punish u with swift and deadly counter attacks. oh, and leao is henry 2.0

Great game lads, I wasn’t happy about pioli not giving enough time to youngsters. Since this was our last game of the season and we don’t need it.

Well done for the season, Maldini really proved that he is a real midas bandiera…thanks to him for the right recruitment on the right time. No need gegenpressing whatever from “Ragnick Who”,, pioli’s pressing style to the opponent’s defensive line is the italian gegenpressing…Now, the foundation is already there, building milan that really strong is not that hard anymore, hope we’ve got some cash in our banks…
