Daniele Orsato has been named the referee to Sunday’s game, the most common Milan result with him is a draw.

Stefano Pioli is looking for his first win as the coach of Milan, after drawing Lecce 2-2 on his debut, and on Sunday the Rossoneri face Roma at Stadio Olimpico.

Today it was announced that Daniele Orsato will be the referee for the game, which kicks off at 18:00 CET.

Orsato officiated Milan 26 times, with the Schio-born referee being in charge of 9 Milan wins, 11 draws and 6 losses. He was the main ref in 4 Serie A games this season, most notably in Juventus’ 4-3 win over Napoli on Matchday 2. He showed 20 yellow cards, 2 red cards and awarded 1 penalty.

Lorenzo Manganelli and Valentino Fiorito will be the linesmen, while Piero Giacomelli will act as the fourth referee. On VAR, there will be Massimiliano Irrati with his assistant being Dario Cecconi.
