Diego Laxalt’s agent has stated they are looking for a great club to take the LB.
Milan currently have four left-backs in the squad: Theo Hernández, Ricardo Rodríguez, Ivan Strinić and Diego Laxalt.
It’s clear that one of them will leave in the next few weeks (the transfer market ends on September 2) and Laxalt is the number one candidate to say goodbye to Milan.
“For now there are no news but we are planning a meeting at Casa Milan on Tuesday afternoon to talk with the Rossoneri leadership,” Diego’s agent, Ariel Krasouski, told Milannews.it on Friday.
“Italy or abroad? No preference, the important thing is that it’s a great club.” Pietro Balzano Prota of RadioRossonera reports that Torino and Atalanta are both interested in Laxalt. The boys of Gian Piero Gasperini initially wanted him on loan but are now considering a loan with option to buy.
Milan, however, need to sell Laxalt for at least €12.6m in order to avoid recording his sale as a capital loss. More updates are expected in the next days, after the meeting of Krasouski with Maldini and co.
