Here is the squad of Milan.

The 2019/20 pre-season starts tomorrow at training center Milanello and new coach Marco Giampaolo has named his 29-man squad for the first day of training.

Only four players will not be at Giampaolo’s disposal tomorrow, as these players are involved in international duties or were involved in such and are now on vacation: Patrick Cutrone will be back on July 18, Diego Laxalt will return on July 23, 2019 Copa América winner Lucas Paquetá will be back on July 30, and Franck Kessié will return between August 5 to August 10. Some Primavera players are in the squad.

Are they really. That’s too bad, terrassi plays good and it would be nice to see if he could step up

Daniel Maldini… hope he will get his debut this season, AM/SS with no.3,
we doon’t need to buy another CB, we’ve Gabbia & Djalo as 4th & 5th CB,
Caldara?

The reason we need to buy one is for the big matches. Gabbia and Djalo are good but they are not ready/matured for big match pressures and will make silly mistakes that will cost us. That’s why we are going for an experienced defender. I wished we could’ve landed Godin or T.Silva, would have been a perfect suit for us to develop the young defenders with his leadership and experience for a year or two. Just as Roma learned from Bonnucci and now became one of the best in Italy, Djalo and Gabbia needs such tutelage to turn into beasts… Read more »

I completely agree and have been saying this. Gabbia needs to get the nod. He played great for Italy in June so it’s time we give him a chance.

Now that we don’t have FFP on our neck anymore, I really hope we can land Everton. With Paqueta and Everton, our attacking mid would be set for at least next few years. Arrival of Bennacer and Vertout would make sure that our midfield is all set with Kessie,Suso, Hakan and Bona in the squad with a deep bench. All we need is a good CB now to partner with Roma. Even if we can’t land Lovren, we can introduce Gabbia if Musa gets injured or makes too many mistakes. Gabbia is pure class and will be able to fill… Read more »

People should be more excited about Tiago Djalo who is just unbelievable. I don’t understand why Milan were willing to pay 15 Million for Kabak when there is Djalo is just better in every respect. For a CB his technical qualities are just flawless. So Much power, Technique, Control and tenacity. What more can you ask for? Give the kid a chance and I am sure he will be the best CD next season.

Djalo comparing Kabak ??? Really ??? I am surprised how some of you are understanding football ! Kabak played in Champions league and was a starter for Galatasaray, was a starter for Stuttgart in Germany, while Djalo was a flop until now at Milan Primavera and a promising youth player at Sporting Primavera. How can u compare those 2 players ??? They cannot be compared because Kabak is far too good and prepared !

Djalo isn’t that good really and is no where near a starting spot in senior team. But he has potential for sure. Gabbia is the real deal and is already a starting material. Kabak should’ve been the best signing for us. We should’ve gone all out for Kabak. Roma,Caldara,Kabak and Gabbia.. top quality CBs, dream of any team in the world. I simply have no idea how Schalke, standing 14th in Bundesliga landed Kabak but we, as MIlan, couldn’t.

Because he is used to Bundesliga ! In Italy it is a new life, hard to adapt, he wasn’t ambitious and courageous !
